I want to give 5 starts to the sales Associate Georgia at Aldo Coral Square mall in Coral Springs, Florida. She went above and beyond for me and knows really what customer service is unlike other people in other stores. Thanks, Georgia, she deserves a raise thank you! :)

Giving two stars only because one of the associates was kind and helpful. The other, not so much. There was a shoe I intended to purchase for $80. The floor model was the only one they had left in my size. I took a look and noticed some imperfections in addition to some stretch due to the plastic piece used when shoes are on the floor. I asked if there was a 10% discount due to this (most stores offer this). She proceeded to say no. I showed her the imperfections and she grabbed a wet napkin and began picking and scrubbing at the shoe. I insisted on the 10% off and let her know it was fine if not, id leave the shoe. She finally put the discount in. As someone who has worked in customer service, this was not how she should have handled, not sure if the discount comes from her check? For almost $100, I didn’t expect this response. The location at broward mall is consistent with great customer service. I’d recommend going there to shop, I sure will be!

The staff is super friendly. I walked in and was greeted by the entire team. The young lady Michelle was helping me shop for a gift for my wife. She recommended the Kat heels. Amazing customer service. I’ll be back for some work shoes
