What a sad experience! I feel scammed. Yesterday, I scheduled an eye exam by the eye doctor and explained to the person that i only needed the exam for medical reasons (diabetes). Asked her about the price and she said $65.The regular price for the exam when I go for prescription which includes all the tests they did today plus 2 pairs of glasses plus the frames is $120. Today I ended up paying $115 with no glasses. Ripped off.Oh, on top of that, they were not able to find the record of my last visit which was only 10 moms ago.This happened at the 6357 west sample rd. Coral Springs office in Fl. Exam performed by Dr. Elise Laurence.Be aware.

The optometrist, was absolutely excellent. Her exam was very thorough, with clear and concise explanations and instructions. The person who assisted with my frame of choice and explaining my frame options and final charge was also very pleasant and knowledgeable. The person who greeted me upon entry and i assume who called to confirm my appointment was the least pleasant in terms and her tone, mannerism and the instructions she provided which was very quick and rambly. Otherwise the overall experience was not a bad one. I look forward to collecting my frames in about 2 weeks.

Appointment conducted on time by optometrist. Choice of frames, measurements etc conducted by Karen. She was very professional & patient with me as I sorted through the large selection of frames. She should be commended for her quality of care & representation of America's Best.

I have never written a review for anything. Really, never.But I had to take the time and write one today. It all began when my 14 year old daughter broke her prescription eyeglasses frame late last evening. My wife and I searched for her backup only to realize that the lenses in the older frames were an outdated prescription with the same frame. I put my daughter to bed and said that I would take care of it in the morning and then searched for the optical store, looking for any that opened early. That’s when I found “Americas Best — Contacts and Eyeglasses”, a retailer that I was not familiar with. I arrived at their Coral Springs location exactly at 9AM (every other place I searched opened at 10 AM) to find the front door already open and smiling face behind the counter named Jennie who greeted me with a professional, “Good Morning—How may I help you?”It was rather early, I also didn’t get much sleep and my caffeine had not yet kicked in, so I was fumbling with an explanation of what needed to be done as I placed both frames on the counter when Jenny interjected, “You want me to put the lenses from the broken frame in the other frame and I simply nodded, "Yes, how did you know?" Jennie smiled again. Within five minutes the job was complete and Jennie refused to charge me. I even tried to tip Jennie twenty bucks, and she said I can’t except that, but if you’re so inclined, please write a review.So there it is. In an era where good customer service with a smile seems unattainable at so many retailers, I can wholeheartedly recommend America’s Best the next time you have any contacts or eyeglasses needs as it was clear today that they are doing their best to live up to their name. And thanks again, Jennie.

The associate Patricia was very helpful. I slept in my glasses and it was bent out of shape. She was so gracious and kind in fixing the problem. A big thanks to her for the excellent service.

I had an wonderful experience at the Coral Springs location store. All staff is very nice and helpful, but Karen certainly left an impression. Professionalism and great costumer service are definitely skills you'll find there. Thank you all or your service!

I came in for my annual eye exam. Dr. Lawrence was very professional, knowledgeable, caring and helpful. She patiently answered all of my questions, explained and educated me regarding my care. She was very personable and kind. Rodecia was very sweet, friendly and competent. She efficiently did all of my eye screening tests. She was really fast and skillful; explaining each test, and making sure that you feel comfortable and at ease. Sebastian was nice helping me checkout. The product (eye glasses, contacts, etc) selection is good. This is a great place to come for Eyecare.

The person at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. We didn't even bother staying because of her awful attitude. Normally we'd try to understand if the place was busy, but it wasn't even busy when we walked in. Now after seeing all of the other negative reviews, it seems to point towards one same issue: poor quality of customer service. You will be treated better at Costco or Walmart

Truly disappointed…I made an appointment because if the great deal advertised, which it is. But the Turtle Creek location was 100% lacking customer service. The optometrist herself was excellent, explained what she was doing and why, was very pleasant. As for the person who greeted us at the front, which turned out to also be the technician doing the initial exam, was polite but her instructions of where to wait and during the exam were very vague, my teen kept looking to me for clarification. As for the worker who processed our order for glasses, from the moment we sat at her desk she didn’t say anything. She just entered all our info in silence and then proceeds to tell me what my total was. I had to ask for what, what options were calculated because I was never asked anything or given any explanation. And good thing it wasn’t loud in the store because she spoke so meekly and low, I could barely hear her. So like I said customer service left everything to be desired. I’ll be picking up my kid’s glasses whenever they are ready, but definitely going elsewhere for any future needs.

Today I went to Americas Best in turtle run Coral Springs Florida. I had five broken pairs of glasses. well this wonderful person Karin was able to fix four of them didn’t charge me and was just the nicest most professional person every time I go in to America’s Best they truly are the best at being friendly helpful and kind thank you

Came in on an emergency basis and they were excellent. Would highly recommend. Jeeves, Rodecia, and Dr. Lessard were very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I will be back to this place for my eye needs

They have very good promotions, I will say that. My problem is when I specifically say from the beginning that this is all I want and this is all I need and the representative keeps pushing and pushing additional sales, it makes me just want to walk out.

My husband and I went into the store to purchase glasses. There were 3 women helping other people, but they were very aware that we were waiting for help also,After one other person came in and was taken care of, I approached her to tell her that we had been there a while and were waiting to be helped. She took my husband's name and then we waited and waited. One more person came in after us and was waited on before us. I asked again and was told we would be next and then another customer who came after us was waited on before us. At no time were we impolite. After waiting over 45 minutes, we needed to leave, so we did. So disappointed in the careless attitudes!
