I had an absolutely incredible experience at this location. I have been to many other AT&T stores, but this far and away is the best one. Aislinn and her manager were so very helpful solving multiple issues for me in a quick and professional manner. I have other stores closer to my house but I will drive out of my way just to get to this particular location!! Thank you so much. You have earned my loyalty for years to come!!

I'm very disappointed because the seller convinced me that if I paid for the entire iPhone 12, he would exchange it for the iPhone 14 pro at no cost. and I would just pay for the line. It's been 7 months and I'm still paying for the phone. and I paid 600 to pay off the entire iPhone 12. I feel injured by Att.

This store needs better training with management. I was surprised by the lack of professionalism, and the fact they pushed me off to the other store in Coral Springs (corporate store- 2204 N. University Dr., Coral Springs). The worst attitude and was horrible manager at this store.

Went in to change my service from Verizon so I could get data service in N Parkland as ATT is the only carrier that works there. Signed up for an unlimited prepaid account that included 10GB of data. When trying to use the mobile tethering, I have no internet connect. Returned to the store as talking ATT prepaid support is about useful as talking to yourself. They informed me that they did not put data tethering on the plan and I would have to buy 5GB for $10 a month. They were unwilling to try and retroactively get me the service package I paid for. Very disappointed this location was not willing to take ownership of their sale and once again, I will no longer be an ATT customer. Total waste of a work day totaling 4 hours. Highly recommend anyone considering ATT to use another carrier.

The people working here don’t even take the time to put an account under a correct name, and they had my ID. Laziness at its finest. Also can’t change after they create account so you’ll be under what ever name they chose for you. Worst customer service. Go with another phone company and save yourself the trouble and money

I have to say this place is great! We had a wonderful experience here. My husband and I worked with Taha and he was excellent!! We purchased a new phone and Taha explained exactly what we needed and was extremely patient…even put everything together for us to get started and made sure the phone was operating properly before we left the store. Taha was patient and explained everything clearly and was wonderful!!

Jc was so nice to let me use the phone and accept terms and conditions for a new port, but then I found out that the phone 9543034160 was already with AT&T , there was no record of that on his AT&T ipad. Thanks again JC for making my day a little brighter!

For all to know Marline barthelemy at coral springs on the corner of university and westveiw provided the best spontaneous service anyone could request AT&T provides good service but marine well beyond the call of duty and she's good looking also. Ryan and Saed are a big help everytime I visit.

Staff all seem very young and very inexperienced. We bought a new house in a densely foliage heavy area. Our phone reception was usually one or two bars. We went to the store for a booster. Wound up just ordering it online.

Christopher always makes my experience there so amazing. I am beyond thankful, the entire team is so welcoming and always make sure they solve my issues. Chris was amazing!! Every time I go to this AT&T store I know that I am in good hands! He quickly gets done what I go to do and makes sure to update me in any ongoing promotion or deal.I have been to many other stores and it was always a issue because many time services were added without my permission, sometimes even when calling customer service!!. On the other hand, when I go to Chris in this store I don't worry! Chris is very polite, and helpful! I'll keep going to this store fore sure, and I will recommend him as well! Thank you Chris!
