Working for that store was a horrible experience, they can’t keep you at a single location, the district managers want you to go from store. They can’t keep mangers in that store for nothing. Working in that store was horrible the manager and district manager are horrible, they have no structure with sales retail all they care about is making sales.

If you must go in store, be aware that they WILL add additional charges to your bill without asking you or letting you know. (Next Up & Protect Advantage) Luckily the customer service on the phone with the call center is much better and was able to remove it for me. But still, super inconvenient to have to call, wait on hold, and get it all removed when I never asked for it in the first place. I will be resolving all future issues over the phone or online from now on instead of going in store.

Just left the store. Excellent service. Joseph was knowledgeable and very helpful and all the other employees were super friendly and helpful too. They all knew their stuff and helped take care of us

I had the best experience with this store. First of all Christan,Valdy,and Victor are all great assets to your company! They are very professional,efficient and knowledgeable. I am a customer of your competitor and have never even thought about AT&T but after my interaction with these 3 employees, I may have second thoughts. I would recommend this store to anyone. Keep up the excellent job!

Disappointed in the lack of effort the reps offer to help their customers.I walked in to transfer two phone lines off of an existing account onto their own account, and the representative that greeted me told me this isn't possible to do in store and I would need to call 611 to complete the transfer even though I told him I am also looking to purchase a new phone. Before offering a solution, or attempting to hear what I needed, he just advised to give AT&T a call and the telephone rep could further assist me.After having spoken to a rep over at AT&T after dialing 611, both of the representatives I spoke with said this is completely untrue and the store rep should've been able to assist me especially being that I am an authorized user on the account and I was looking to upgrade my phone in-store.Please hire those who are willing to work instead of making your customers go in circles because no one wants to do their job. I will not be returning to this location and I am completely disappointed with my experience this evening. Please go to a different AT&T store and save yourself some time.

Came in at 5:30 on Sunday. I knew exactly what I wanted and the CSR said he could only ship it because it was closing. 1 star for a 15 minute job. All I wanted to do is upgrade my phone and be out. Now you lost a customer.

Not an A T & T store. Authorize retailer They refuse to do any work. They are not knowledgeable about their offers and products.

If I can give a zero I would. Worst customer service. Walk in and nobody acknowledges you. No order. They just help whoever they want. The Indian got is the worst. This location does not deliver on its commitment and does not meet customer expectations in terms of the product or services.

I went to the AT&T store by Turtle Run in Coral Springs, FL to trade in my daughter's phone. The special that was being advertised was a trade-in on the iPhone 14 Pro Max. There was a small balance remaining on her phone, but since I have Trade-Up on my account, I knew I could roll the balance to a new phone. When I saw the price of the new iPhone 14 Pro Max, I asked our sales representative if the $1,000 trade in pertained to any other models. He replied "Yes". He shared that my daughter's phone was in wonderful condition and the $1,000 trade in could be applied to any model iPhone 14. We decided to order the iPhone 14 Plus. Since they didn't have any in the store, he had to order the phone and he stated that in order to do this, I must pay off the phone balance and pay the tax on the new phone I was ordering. When my daughter's phone arrived, she brought it into the store to assist in transferring her data. She learned that the $1,000 credit did not apply to the iPhone 14 Plus as the sales representative had stated. She also learned that if she wanted to return the phone, it was a $55.00 restocking fee. We were so misled and since the sales rep was not in the store at this time, my daughter could not find his name. Nor was it noted on any of the documentation. I found out his name was Nicholas. Nice guy...HORRIBLE SALESMAN AND SO MISLEADING. I ended up going to another AT&T store for assistance.

This place is horrible. Make you wait forever!!!! 2 reps taking care of one person, WTH…..DONT COME TO THIS STORE CAUSE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
