About Avis Car Rental
A customer who had an online reservation found the vehicle unavailable. They were offered a different car, but it was still unavailable. Avis upgraded them to a luxury eight‑passenger vehicle as compensation. Another customer had a car broke down and Avis accommodated them the same day. The price was reasonable for a midsize vehicle. Another customer experienced a car accident and was helped by staff who were kind, compassionate, and helpful. The manager was friendly, gave the car key, let you grab your car yourself without checking, and trust the client. Avis is known for good service.
