Had an urgent and time sensitive situation that could have resulted in a significant amount of penalties. The second I walked into the bank, Christiana Felix stopped everything she was doing and went over and above to ensure the situation was resolved. She dedicated as much time and attention as was needed to help me. Their customer service is exceptional.

No stars should be given. Place should be closed down. Drive thru service horrible, No greet, no smile, just open the draw for you to put your deposit and it does not open all the way. Only one lane, the mirror to see your car to make sure your wheels don't hit the wall or the pavers is turned to the employees view. Just horrible experience, hate to make deposits. I asked the teller to inform her manager she just said there's nothing that can be done but there's a night drop.

Update:Branch manager did return bank fees to account. Seems like bottleneck is their back office, not the branch. Closed out account!Original post:Absolute worst service in my opinion. No one able to assist with basic concerns. Lack of staff at branch and in their back office. Waiting over 1 hour 30 min. for them to let me close out my checking account. Cashier and manager said they need approval from their back office, but they are busy. Also charged several fees for no activity in account.Hoping to get my money and will never come to Bank United ever.

Worse bank ever…..every time I go there to cash my pay check it’s a different excuse and they won’t do it. Bad customer service and this is why I will never open an account with them ever.

I was very happy for 5 years. Andrea is really nice . Today went in there while Andrea was on vacation and a new manager named ling or yang total bitxh and if they have managers like that they better close there doors. She is mean . And 2.6 stars guess I'm not the first. Yang when you are new you should bend over backwards for your customers.

This is the worst bank I've been too. The manager is so rude and racist I don't understand why. The way she act just make you mad because of how disgusting her attitude is. Never again.

Please donot open an account at this bank the customer service is lousy and donot know what they are doing. They cannot even help you to open an online account I had to go to the branch three times. The customer service agent who open my account input wrong information initially without my permission and when I try to open an online account nothing matches. This bank donot even deserve one star.
