Worker are very helpful. It a very welcoming place, you can also have a good read to the books and no one bothers. I only wish the place was bigger so you could have a nice coffee shop inside.

This Barnes and noble is not bad itself as a store. But the employee Kendra is rude and doesn’t know how to provide customer service. It started with my husband and I just getting in line to purchase a couple books. There are no signs on where the line starts to check out, I get in line where I think there is one and immediately Kendra goes are you in line to check out. Yes I am. She replies in the rudest way…THAT ISNT THE LINE GO OVER THERE THATS WHERE THE LINE STARTS. There was only one person that she was checking out, it wasn’t like there was a few others waiting. I then decided to look to see if there was any signs directing customers, there isn’t. Eventually got out only by the AMAZING HELP OF MACKENZIE. KENDRA NEEDS TRAINING OR TO BE LET GO!

This is a decent bookstore with a fair amount of books, games, toys, etc. The staff members are usually nice although not always noticeable or present. I feel some of them take really long breaks. The cafe is over priced and I try to stay away from their offerings. It would be nice if they had a few more chairs to sit and read on. It's a nice place to go and catch up on some reading.

Technology killed the magic of book stores. Not as much variety and outrageous prices.I will continue to buy and gift books, the special feeling of holding a book and excitement of turning pages to discover what is next still feels my heart.

This was a nice trip out, The store was well organized, customer service was on point, I think I drove them crazy looking for certain books, but had what I was looking for.
