He didn’t just run a quick test and send me on my way — he double and triple checked everything, using his experience and intuition to make sure nothing was overlooked. You can’t teach that — that’s genuine expertise and care.
Thanks to his persistence, we discovered the alternator was in fact the problem, even though it initially tested fine. He saved me a full day of frustration, a costly mechanic bill, and a potential tow. Marius was also incredibly helpful and just as genuine. Both of them went above and beyond, showing real dedication to helping customers, not just moving through the motions.
They could have easily stopped after the first test, but instead they took the time to make sure I left with answers and confidence. This kind of integrity and customer service is rare these days. “I've been coming to their O'Rielly's since they first opened, but hadn't been in 5 years until tonight. One of the gentlemen working there I had met before, I believe he's the manager, and was extremely helpful even though he was on his way out and off the clock.
The other employee, Alejandro was also extremely helpful, kind, and friendly.
He made sure everything I got would be perfect for the work I need to do on my car. And it was.
Grateful to have this store in the neighborhood. AutoZone in the area may have a new, large store, but the customer service there has been sub par every time. If you're in Oakland Park/Ft Lauderdale, do yourself a favor and go to this O'Rielly's for any vehicle part needs and help.”
