The star is going out of business. They are almost out of goods anybody would want to buy. And the stuff that's there is really not good deals. And I was excited to find a Big Lots that was still open, so I was very disappointed.

we are very disappointed about this store, as a frequent customer we used to buy in there, we bought two sofa and one of them was missing a connector, we went there and asked the staff if they can help us with that, the first guy was ok nothing say about him, he said let me ask my manager, as soon the manager arrived, older guy, glasses, long beard, disgusting and rude, ignore my wife and me when we were asking him about the missing part, I fallow him and approached him to explain that we are no asking for something free, we were asking for something that we paid already and we were supposed to get. this mediocre manager has the cynicism to be rude and disrespect me again. I can say that make sense you be closing the store, manager like this one don't make business success... He was lucky my daughter was next to me.

Really not worth your time coming here. The manager(male) picks and chooses what items will be discounted for Christmas sale. The whole store is supposed to be on sale and nothing rang up the discounted price.

We recently started coming here because the deals were great but will no longer return to this store. The ASSISTANT manager (who referred himself as the store manager) KEN has no customer service manners. I worked retail for 10 years and would never have the face to say some of the things I’ve heard him say to customers. My daughter (1.5) was playing with a toy in the isle and he passed by and said “I hope you pick that up.” I am someone that cleans the floors of restaurants before I leave when my kid eats and makes a mess. The person that puts the shopping carts back after grocery shopping and the one that if I change my mind about buying something at the store, goes all the way back and puts it where it belongs. This man is rude and disrespectful and should not be working in customer service.

How is it that they make a manager of a person who is so unfriendly and has little desire to offer good treatment to his clients? If I could speak directly to the owner, I would tell him that neither his manager nor his employees are at all interested in increasing his sales. Terrible service

The prices are reasonable and quality of homegoods is better than in past. Groceries are mostly discounted. Personal care items, name brands, offered are pretty good.

I had the worst experience today! The manager Ken was super rude to me and insinuated that I was stealing from his store. All I needed was the security tag removed that they never removed the day prior. He told me because I didn’t have the receipt with me that he wouldn’t give it back to me knowing that I was just there the day before making purchases. Speaking aggressively and not taking anything I said into consideration instead of trying to help me with my issue I had , he was accusing me. Because of him I will no longer ever be returning to this store. And I use to go here weekly . He does not know how to talk appropriately to customers. Someone like this should not be in customer service department and definitely should not be a manager! Very prejudice towards me.
Please learn to be kind to people and don’t ever treat anyone the way you did to me.
