If you call that deep dish pizza youre sadly mistaken. Your pizza is a puffy crust with cheese and toppings. This definitely not a deep dish pizza. Very disappointed. You charge $30 for this?

I want to first start off saying this place was amazing! The manager David, worked with me throughout the past month and a half to plan my engagement party/celebration and he was just amazing! We loved every single second of being there, the atmosphere was good, the service was amazing, and overall the best we could ever ask for. We want to start off by saying this place was extremely accommodating, and flexible. For our party of 30, it was the best we could ever ask for. We had two main servers, one being Sofia and the other Valentina. Sofia was so kind, caring, and made sure not only our tables were taken care of but also kept myself and my fiancé updated the entire time. She went as far as even being able to get my camera charged to take pictures with the manager David. Valentina, was decent, she was able to help out a lot and made sure we weren’t missing anything either but regardless she was rude at times to our guests and not as caring as Sofia. But don’t shy away from this place, because regardless their customer service was made up by Andrea and Antonio, who came by frequently to help out and ask us if we needed anything. They were very loving, and Andrea came just as frequent to help out as Sofia even though she wasn’t assigned to us. I can easily recommend that this place to anyone as it was an amazing event hosted by David and his staff, and kudos to their team for being able to host 30 people on a Friday night!

My recent visit to bj’s was disappointing. While the service wasn’t entirely bad, the food was flavorless, and none of the diners at our table managed to finish their meal. Furthermore, I was surprised to discover that I was charged an excessive tip without my consent, despite leaving a fair amount.In summary, despite the acceptable service, the lack of quality in the food and questionable handling of the bill have left a negative impression on me. I would not recommend this restaurant to others due to these experiences

Headed to BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse for dinner with friends. The food was delicious, and the variety of handcrafted beers made it even better. Great atmosphere for a relaxed night out!

Came in the other night and Dani was amazing! Took care of our group and everyone else there with a great attitude, always seemed like she genuinely enjoyed interacting with the guests, and helped me discover one of the best drinks I've ever had! I'll definitely be back again thanks to Dani!

Went in at 11:35pm and they close at 12:00 am. The door was locked, and after banging for five minutes, the manager finally appeared, peeking his head out and said “what’s up ladies, we’re closing up”for tonight. We explained to him that we tried calling several times and only wanted to order dessert and after a few minutes, he finally allowed us inside and told us to sit down at a booth. Keep in mind he said twice that he’s been by the phone and didn’t get a call.Every single booth was dirty and we finally settled for one with water puddles and tortilla strips. We immediately ordered the 2 pizookies and 2 Pellegrinos. We could barely hear ourselves speak as a server was walking throughout the entire restaurant wearing AirPods and using this blazing, blaring , booming, vacuum. Not to mention, as this was happening, there were several other tables dining in, including a family at another table, a couple on a date, and multiple guests at the bar.The experience was so uncomfortable. No one was welcoming, friendly or hospitable.We still tipped 50%.

Arrived at a “closed” location at 11:35pm when the store closes at midnight 12:00am. We knocked on the door to have the manager + server just stare at us through the glass door and not acknowledge us. after knocking for over 5 minutes the manager finally comes to us and states “Wassup ladies I’m closing up” addressing us as if we were his daughters. We’re TWO grown women. After I said “I’ve been calling the location to place an order and nobody has picked up” he responds with “I’ve been standing all night by the stores phone, I haven’t had not one call” twice and proceeds with opening the door for us to go in and tells us to sit at a booth. Without a single apology.After having to scout for a clean table, on attemp #4 without any luck. We sat at a table covered with water and tortilla strips. Server didn’t even mention his name nor greet us. Luckily we knew exactly what we were coming for (two pizookies + a Pellegrino) which we initially told the manager before being allowed to come in. Servers were cleaning their sections with AirPods on and blaring vacuums as guests were still in the dining room area along with the bar area. Very unprofessional. Very uncomfortable experience. We had to send back our Pellegrino because it was extremely flat to get another flat Pellegrino in return.With all the issues we encountered we still even managed to tip our server 50%.Extremely unsatisfied with this experience. As we both are managers in similar industries, there was no hospitality whatsoever from the manager down to the staff. This is absolutely not a way to represent a company!
