I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this gas station due to one of the employees. Instead of providing the service I came for, he chose to treat me with disrespect and were downright rude. They made sarcastic remarks and seemed to be intentionally trying to make me feel uncomfortable.
I don’t think anyone should be subjected to bullying behavior. It’s unacceptable to be treated like this. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, and I recommend others avoid this station until they address how their employees treat customers.

Terrible customer service. This is why whenever the pump says “see cashier” no one will go inside. I guess the one star is because this particular gas station has some of the cheapest gas in the Coral Springs area if you aren’t a Costco or BJ’s customer. I pumped $58 worth of gas and came into the store on 08/02/24 around 5 PM mainly to get a receipt for the Upside app so I can get cash back. I came in with a Diet Coke can that I brought from my house, but was craving a Milky Way bar as well. I couldn’t find the candy section at first so I was looking around for it. I found it but there was no price on it so I just continued with getting in line for my receipt. When I got to the register the man behind the counter tried scanning my Diet Coke can. When I told him I brought the Coke can from my house and came inside with it he didn’t believe me and asked how he was supposed to know that. He even pointed to the ceiling as if to say there are cameras watching. That’s fine because your cameras will show I came in with a Diet Coke can. Also not only that, think about it from a logical standpoint for a second. I just pumped $58 worth of gas in my car, you now have my card info, I am asking for a receipt WITH said card info, yet you think I am trying to steal a $1-$2 can of soda? Doesn’t make sense.
I NEVER go inside a convenience store when getting gas to begin with. The one time I do. I get accused of stealing. There is a way to handle someone you think is stealing and that was NOT it. Terrible customer service, and it looks like based on another review I’m not the only one getting accused of stealing at this location.

The big lady that was there came screaming at my boyfriend saying he didn’t pay which was not true because I gave him the money to gave to her so she made my boyfriend pay twice which was not fair she should know how to pay attention and do her job better because it makes no sense for her to do that so y’all better be careful it’s a whole big lady with dark black hair and glasses watch out for her. I would not recommend this gas station at all because I didn’t appreciate that she made my boyfriend pay twice

It is now 03/04/2020. Before having my first car wash here- Wiles Road Exxon at corner of Wiles Rd. & Riverside Dr., Coral Springs- the clerk inside this Gas Station encouraged me to keep my receipts because once I purchase four (4) car washes the fifth car wash is FREE. Easier said than done because the last two times I came here the machine at entrance to the c wash did NOT give a receipt. Can go inside and try asking for one. Bottom line is this is a very frustrating business to have to deal with. I don't have a lot of faith in this Exxon to resolve the issue because I noticed subsequent clerks have "played d**** at first until I inform them I know about the supposed buy four, get one (c wash) deal. Ever heard of "Bait and Switch"?

Its a little crowded, but that's obviously because it's got great gas prices at this point in time. City is doing construction in this area on the road so becareful. Cashier on a Thursday night was really nice and pleasant. I definitely recommend this location if you need gas.

Been a nice place for gas and goodies for years but....please restock the BAWLS guarana energy drinks! I would come here just for those and they haven't had them in stock the past few times I've gone. You were the chosen ones, please bring them back...
