From the moment I walked through the door, I felt completely at home. Boca Raton Bridal South was actually my first of three bridal appointments that day, and after visiting the other two shops, I realized just how exceptional my experience here truly was.
Julissa was AMAZING — fun, bubbly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, prepared. Before my appointment, I had filled out the bridal questionnaire and sent photos showing exactly what I was looking for. Julissa clearly took the time to review everything before I arrived and already had an understanding of my vision. That may sound like a small detail, but after going to two other appointments that same day where I had provided the same information and neither seemed prepared when I arrived, it made me appreciate Julissa that much more.
She went above and beyond in every possible way a bridal stylist can. Once we started narrowing down my style, I thought we had figured it out — but Julissa insisted, “We still have to try EVERYTHING, just to be sure!” ? And I am SO glad she did. There was never any pressure or feeling of being rushed. She genuinely wanted me to have the full experience and feel completely confident when I found the dress.
But what happened next is something I will truly never forget.
My best friend was visiting from Alabama and was leaving before the shop would normally be open again. Boca Raton Bridal South is closed on Sundays, but Julissa OPENED THE SHOP on Sunday afternoon just for us so my best friend could be there when I officially said YES TO THE DRESS! ??
That meant more to me than I could ever properly put into words. She didn't have to do that. She chose to make an incredibly important moment in my life even more special, and because of her, my best friend got to be part of a memory we will have forever.
The shop itself is beautiful, clean, welcoming, and inclusive, with a fantastic selection of gowns. They have also clearly put so much thought into the entire bridal experience. It wasn't just champagne — there were snacks, different drinks, liquor, and little touches throughout the appointment that made you feel like you were there to celebrate, not simply shop for a dress.
After leaving and going to my other appointments that day, I couldn't stop thinking about Boca Raton Bridal South. Yes, I kept thinking about the dress, but even more than that, I kept thinking about how Julissa and this shop made me feel.
And ultimately, that's where I wanted my “YES!” moment to happen.
Julissa, thank you for making me feel comfortable, celebrated, beautiful, and genuinely cared for. Thank you for going so far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect from a bridal stylist. You helped turn finding my wedding dress into a memory I will cherish forever.
