They are the most professional people I’ve ever dealt with, especially Chappy! His service guy, Ruben, definitely knows what he is doing! They do a great job, at the right price! Most importantly, they are honest… Which is hard to come by these days. If I could give them six stars, I would! I highly recommend for any job related to your pool that you may need done.

I drive a few towns (Plantation to Coral Springs), pass many popular pool places near me to get my water tested and buy products at Chappy Pools.
They do NOT give me a print-out reading with over $200 in chemicals listed with direction to get my pool from green to blue.
Most HONEST place & knowledgeable people.
Excellent customer service too!

This pool place is amazing! the owner and his staff are very knowledgeable. The service is great and no hard sell on not needed chemical's. I have never carried anything heavy out of the store they always take it and put it in the car for you.

Found this place recently on Google after trying other pool places in my area for the assistance I needed. So glad I did! Shawn and the owner provided me with help and outstanding customer service . Had a cap installed on my drain a few days later and Richie was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Wonderful place for my future pool needs . Highly recommend !

We have been using Chappy’s to purchase our pool chemicals for just over 3 years. Every time we go there the customer experience is exceptional. They often load full jugs of chlorine into your car while you are walking in the empty ones. Couldn’t be happier with their service. They have a customer for life.

Chappy's was referred to me by next door app. There are a lot of people that think highly of Chappy's; I now became one of those people. Great service, my pool pump was fixed when no other pool company would fix it without selling me a whole new unit. Chappy's is the most honest company out there. Thank you Chappy's!!

I recently visited Chappy's pool parts and supply store after my pool guy, Mike, highly recommended i go in and speak with a dude named Eric. I was in need of a new pool pump, and I must say, my experience exceeded my expectations. The guy Eric at Chappy's was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me through the selection process to find the perfect pump for my pool. The store had a wide variety of options to choose from, and the prices were competitive. Not only did Eric get me exactly what I needed, but the customer service was top-notch off the friggin charts ?. Thanks again to Mike for the recommendation. I recently had my pool resurfaced, replaced the skimmer, and now we're adding a heater. I ended up not using Chappy's for any of these because of the ridiculously high quote I was provided. Before moving forward with any of this, I got my first quote from Chappy's. When their guy came out, he went on about all the issues with the pool and how much effort the resurfacing would be, even stressed how bad a crack in the pool was. Something didn't feel right about this quote, as it was over $4k higher than any range I'd previously heard, so I got 5 other quotes. I felt the need to write this review just to stress to others how important it is to get multiple quotes and not to just accept the first one you receive.What was odd is that most of the other quotes came in around the same price, significantly cheaper. NONE of the other quotes stressed how many repairs my pool needed. Every other company insisted the "crack" was just cosmetic. They were all correct. I've had the work done and the surface was peeled and there was no major crack, it was simply cosmetic. Chappy's was trying to gouge me to fix something that was a complete non-issue.After shopping around, I didn't feel comfortable accepting the lowest quote and Chappy's was certainly way too high and inflated, so I went with one somewhere in the middle, then got finish and tile upgrades. So in the end, I got much more expensive tile, a dyed finish (which adds significant cost), AND I still saved thousands of dollars. The pool is already resurfaced at this point and looks amazing. I was planning to have whoever resurfaced add the heater, so that will be done next.Another thing that bothered me is how the guy who came out to give me the quote had nothing good to say about my pool guy, which is exactly who referred me to Chappy's.
