“I ordered online and my order was waiting for me in the store for like a week or so. In the email it was said there is a certain date when the order goes back to the warehouse and money goes back too. But I didn't wait that long. I picked it up today and the lady was very polite. Everything was great. The store is inside the mall. That was the only thing I was confused with. The maps showed me differently”

“We used a Groupon deal for our photography session. It was straight forward to set up an appointment on the JCPenney Portraits website. They called us one day before our session to confirm our appointment and reminded us to be on time, which was nice. We arrived five minutes before our appointment time to check in. We chose our studio backgrounds at this time. The wait time until the photographer was ready to take pictures with us was less than 10 minutes, which was reasonable.Our photographer Dennis is a lovely professional. He was exceptional in guiding us throughout the session. He was fantastic at getting our toddler's attention the whole time. Our photos all turned out to be beautiful. We highly recommend Dennis's work.When it was time for us to select pictures, the sales staff explained to us about some upgraded packages, but they were not pushy about them, which we appreciated. The whole process from check-in to photo taking to picture selection to payment was very smooth and without issue. We enjoyed our experience at this location and would recommend others to come here for an affordable portrait experience.”

“I experienced Friendly customer service! They do not have gymboree clothes at this location but I was able to return/exchange gymboree clothes easily. Just make sure to have your order number. I wish the store was large enough to have gymboree clothes too. The store is well organized. I had a nice experience!”
“I don't buy clothes often, but when I do I shop at Old Navy every two to three years. I bought four pairs of shirts - two T-shirts, one long-sleeve and a button down. Overall pleasant shopping experience with finding styles that appeal to me and the fitting room is accessible. Plenty of other items in season and in stock. I also appreciate the discounts on select products.”
