Great sales department but I needed service today for an emergency road hazard after waiting 10 minutes in the service department was not acknowledged by no body walked into someone office in the service department he told me I should make an appointment or someone may see me in about 2 hours made feel like I'm nothing after I bout at least 10 cars from them

Coral Springs Nissan advertised and quoted a price on phone that turned out to be $131/month higher or $4750 more then what a salesman told me, also the car was a 2023 model not a 2024 Murano that they quoted me in an email, wasted my time at a dishonest dealership

Bad service I bought a new battery from Nissan auto mall, 6 months later the battery doesn’t work it supposed to have 2 years warranty. I brought it back and they said I need to bring it with the car. How?? The car doesn’t start because the battery is bad the advisor didn’t even checked the battery he told me look the way to jump the car and bring it.

I went to Coral Springs Auto mall for a particular car and I was not able to get the car that I wanted. Will and Kristen went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and was able to get in the brand car that I wanted! Their customer service was everything!! Will is one of those employees that any company would love to have. He really took his time with me to make sure I understood everything. And Kristen never pressured me she wanted to make sure k was happy with my decision. If you are looking for a car please come here and ask for Will or Kristen tell them Takeisha sent you. I mean you won't get a discount or anything lol but that's the least I can do to pay it forward

I want to thank Jose Saint Vil for helping my daughter today on the purchase of her first new car. Unfortunately, we had gone to another dealer before (Rick Case Kia of Sunrise) and had a bad experience and decided to leave and go to Coral Springs Auto Mall Kia and thats where Jose helped us out. He was extremely nice, patient, and explained everything to us. He helped my daughter select the perfect vehicle and made sure that it met the price range we were looking for. Thank you Jose & thank you Eduardo Egoavil in the finance department for taking the time to explain everything to my daughter step by step so she could understand what everything meant since she is a young adult purchasing her first vehicle. Really meant a lot that you took the time to explain every warranty plan and financing detail.

First of all, why do you make an appointment and wait 2 hours 1/2 for an oil changeI also heard that during the wait time, they give you a token to go get something to eat. In theirs cafeteria, I didn't get anything.I didn't need it anyway. It just the fast that some other people got it.I have to get up and ask to check on my car status.I can tell you that the people at the entrance where you drop your car need some customer service training .Also, why did you tell me that they wasted my car when they just wet it.I was not happy at all.Honda ..... embarrassing !

Coral Springs Auto Mall as a warning to others considering buying a car from them. My encounter with this dealership was nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly discourage anyone from making a purchase there.First and foremost, the customer service at Coral Springs Auto Mall was shockingly poor. The sales representatives were unprofessional, dismissive, and lacked basic courtesy. They seemed disinterested in assisting me and provided minimal assistance throughout the entire process. It was clear that their primary focus was closing a deal rather than ensuring customer satisfaction.Furthermore, the quality of the vehicles offered by Coral Springs Auto Mall was extremely disappointing.Even after attempting to negotiate a fair deal, the sales team was unyielding and showed no willingness to work with me. It was clear they were more interested in maximizing their profits than providing fair and competitive pricing to their customers..In conclusion, I strongly advise against buying a car from Coral Springs Auto Mall. Their abysmal customer service, poor vehicle quality, exorbitant pricing, and disorganized processes make them an unreliable and untrustworthy dealership. Save yourself the stress, disappointment, and potential financial loss by seeking out a more reputable dealership that values its customers and offers a better car-buying experience.

If I could give this place negative 1000 stars I would. They are beyond unprofessional. I went in excited to get a car as i was pre qualified for that specific car. In specific Steve and Victor, the online marketing people, were telling me i would get the price of the car honored, mind you i have been speaking to them for 3 days straight. I said great are you sure, i was leaving work early that day. They. Said “yes come in”. I come in everything was great i had my cash in hand. Why the hell is the marketing person telling me they both told me a “ big fat lie” because thats how they get paid. Why am i getting embarrased and getting told if i want to argue with someone argue with Westlake BY DAN. Like what the hell, i am sitting here cash in hand and these men are asking me how much money do I have? Do not come here unless you are ready to spend beyond what you needed to pay and get disrespected.what i mean by beyond what you need I mean if you come in with $2k they will run your pockets to 5k. I do not reccommend and i will be contacting westlake to tell them that they are advertising their prices to get their pay and not for the car. Worst dealership i ever went to in my life.

I was obligated to give them a 1-star rating if not I could not post this review. If it was up to me I'd give them a minus three (- 3) for overall poor sales, service and unprofessional behavior from several employees. Our initial over the phone contact, Rolando was very nice and helpful. When we got to the dealership, we were assigned sales rep, Essam Alawawdeh who was very unprofessional and rude. The finance manager who came to talk to us for 15 minutes, didn't even bother to hear us out, just said no deal. I was not able to get a card from the finance manager, since he came it, stated his numbers and stood up and walked away. The individuals that we had to deal with would leave us at the desk and wonder off, would not consider any options, trade in or otherwise to discuss a possible car deal, even knowing that we were prepared to sign a contract that day. We got tired of their rudeness, snickering, and unprofessional behavior so we decided to leave.I got several emails from Coral Springs Auto Mall, including ones from Petri Seppanen, General Sales Manager and Steve Sanchez (no title) which I called on numerous occasions and never received a call back. I wanted to express my concerns, frustration and lack of professionalism we received from some of the employees, before I wrote this review. No one even bothered to return my call, they really didn't care about my business.A friend recommended Doral Kia and we immediately, drove there to see what cars they had available and what incentives they were having. We were treated with excellent customer service by Jesus and it happened that they had just gotten the car that my son and his fiancé were looking for with all the extras as well. They worked with us, and we got a great deal and the payment is where we wanted to be at, even though Coral Springs Auto Mall, stated there were no incentives or offers they could give us.I would recommend staying away from the Coral Springs Auto Mall unless you want to waste your time and be mistreated in the process.Yaz Z.

Bought a Nissan Altima in 2018 got into a bad accident. Went back to purchase another car cause loved the car and the way it's built.Really like my new Nissan Sentra but the finance company really got me. I put $5000 down and the price of the car did not go down and the automatic payment should be taken out on the 18th every month and they are taking it out on the 24th making my car payments late. I called customer service and he said I did it to make the payment be taken out on the 24th. Why? I am so going to refinance my car with someone. This really sucks :(

I ordered a Honda Civic with a refundable deposit. I cancelled the order after two days. The salesman and manager both promised to refund me deposit. After about three weeks and many phone calls, the refund still wasn't process. The last call was transferred to Refund Department, Jennifer Vasquez is very friendly and did refund immediately. She works very efficiently. I would like to thank her for her efficient work. Meanwhile, I wish the salesman and manager can communicate with customer more responsively and responsibly in the future.
