Horrible, horrible, frkn horrible... those 5 times I've been there. Each time a worst experience. they pick up people off the street. They definitely need , both home and customer service Training. Shut the whole store.

The woman working there was standing outside of the store taking personal calls, even when she went inside to assist me she was more concerned about her personal business than helping me with my service issues. What really made me give this location such a bad review is the fact that she was clearly SICK with a cold or flu! Could of been covid for all i know, no mask no gloves and constantly touching her lips nose and mouth wile handling my phone. Her nose was soo runny that she had to go to the back and grab a tissue! Why was she even there? If someone is sick then they should not be working endangering the public, I understand if they really need the hours and cant afford to stay home sick but if that's the case then at least wear a mask and gloves especially if you are gonna be handling peoples phones or refrain from touching your mouth and nose constantly while handling the phone! I was disgusted and grossed out by this woman's lack of hygiene and professionalism.

Walked and and was immediately greeted and advised someone will be with me shortly. Antonio was amazing from beginning to end. His patience and customer service skills were impeccable. I’m not to tech savvy and he took his time to answers all of my questions without making me feel incompetent.

Great customer service. Which from metro to cricket that was one of my best decisions. The employee that help me purchase the phone was great and the employee I work with today dafne was amazing she help solve my problem and more. Definitely will come back and I recommend this store. Great every thing 5 stars to you guys and keep up the great work need more employee like them.

Not a good experience at all. I literally live around the corner. Unfortunately I have to travel 3+ miles to a Cricket store.. Third time I go and get unacceptable service and attitude.. I normally don't do reviews , but I've had it .. Yesterday I went to get a sim card for an extra phone I have to add. Customer service said I can purchase it and call cs to activate it.. After having to wait for the agent to get off the phone she tells me she can't sell me a card. That ",I HAVE TO ACTIVATE THERE. ". WITH AN ATTITUDE NO LESS.. Well I proceeded to call c.s. to ask and they said I Could buy it from a store. And activate for less. I told them I was reporting the store. Three times I've gone there and have gotten nothing resolved and with attitude.I've been a long time customer and do not deal with this in other stores.. Just this one. No bueno... It would've been nice to do a review like the others on here, But...
