On today's date I entered CVS to purchase some items. Prior to purchasing the items I walked to the rear of the business to the restroom and the doors were locked. I walked back to the front of the store and politely asked "Liz" for the restroom key. She mentioned "The Key should be by the restroom in a basket or near the pharmacy", I proceeded back to the restroom and search the areas she mentioned and to no avail the keys were not located. Due to holding the current emergency I attempted to open the restroom myself and tried entering my keys. In the mist of being desperate a lady with burgundy shirt, no name tag, yells "HEY, WHAT ARE YOU DOING?". I responded "Ma'm I am having an emergency can you help me with finding keys to the restroom. She mentioned they do not have any keys until the pharmacy opens up at 11am mind you its currently 9am. I proceeded to ask her "Can you at least open the employee only restroom" she got frustrated and walked away. Despite the horrible situation at hand I walked to the front of the store and noticed "Liz" and the rude lady whispering to each other. I asked both employees their name due to not wearing uniform nor name tags. The young lady told me her name "Liz" the rude lady with the burgundy shirt mentioned she is not giving me her name and ran to the employee storage room. I was lucky to come across a uniformed employee "Christopher" who attempted to help but was unsuccessful but I was appreciative of just him trying to help. Let it be noted, later I was able to find out the rude, burgundy shirt woman name is "Rachel" who happened to be a supervisor. Lock doors for customers, former employee, stock holder and current first responder is ridiculous. Rachel needs some training and learn respect, I heard this is an ongoing issue within the CVS Family.

Jessica who claimed to be the manager made me felt like I was on trial. She spoke loud with no customer service skills. I went in to deposit 900$ into my capital one account and asked about her counterfeit pen - she immediately asked why with a loud voice she was extremely rude and asked me why I wanted to know such information and that I look suspicious while asking suspicious questions. I literally had to tell her that I work a full time job and that I am not a scammer. Jessica should be working somewhere else and definitely not at CVS. I felt uncomfortable and will feel traumatized if I ever walk into that CVS again. Please do your best do avoid 3401 Coral springs drive cvs.

Horrible service in drive thru today. I called yesterday for my prescription and it turns out that my insurance didn’t cover but I had a coupon, when I call the pharmacy I spoke with a lady and she not only honored me the coupon but also informed me that she had a store coupon that would help me out best and she would apply it. When I went tonight the person in drive thru was very rude and said it didn’t have any coupons available, luckily I had mine and gave it to her but she said there is no such a thing as a store coupon and there is none for your meds. I’m changing pharmacy! Awful people working there.

CVS always delivers a great experience, friendly staff, clean stores, easy self checkout and great prices, especially when using the CVS digital card. I always seek out CVS for pharmacy and personal care products.

Very well organized store. Great finds and clean store. Great customer service. All the girls are super nice and helpful. I even signed up for the Carepass and received 10 dollars off my purchase and 20% off all my cvs brand items. This will definitely be my home cvs store.

The boy with big ears named justin in the pharmacy is so rude and and sarcastic like nobody wants to deal with that when they are sick clearly he lacks any customer service skills and needs to be trained better so sad that desperate times means you have to settle for anything these days when they have no credentials to be in such a field

These people at the pharmacy are so rude with no manners and they don’t have no skills for customer service. They hang up the phone on you when you have issues instead of helping you. I wish they would close this store instead of the one in Wiles Rd

Can’t get through to pharmacy. My Physician could not get through to call in an Rx. He left a message. I’m now attempting to call and no one will pick up just remaining in recording. I’m unable to check status or if they even listened to message.

The pharmacist is rude and the way he communicates with customers is better suited at a dirty fast food drive through.
Definitely moving to different pharmacy. I’m surprised that with so many bad reviews, that no one there has made any effort to address the situation.

If i have another option, I'll give CVS located at 3401 coral springs Dr. Minus 0 star, unfortunately no options. Since Yolanda, Brenda and the nice black lady left, there's no longer a cvs pharmacy there, just worse than trash because the new staff from manager to employees are so rude. I'm asking to myself if these people were really raised by humans, I wonder they were raised by pigs. One reason make me have pity for them. While texting now I'm sitting in front of the door for a medication. The white bald man which i suggest is is he manager, the white woman with the Christmas uniform are soooo rude, careless and helpless and give attitude when explaining something to customers. I have such a bad experience with them just going to switch to Publix last time w them after more than 4 years with the other staff. In my opinion, I think I'll get a better service with Publix or another pharmacy. I'm taking sertraline 150 MG since 2015 for severe anxiety and depression and cannot stop it without the help of the prescriber. Now I'm out of the medication for 12 days and cvs didn't let me know why they didn't refill the medication which is automatic. I came to the pharmacy to have an explanation the manager told me I need a prior authorization from my doctor and didn't give me any options to get the medication he only mentioned contact your insurance and your doctor with bad attitude and walked away without saying ?while I was standing in front of the counter and not even finished explaining to him all the side effects I have I call my insurance, they called cvs and nobody picked up the call after 1h and half I left. the insurance try to tell them to give me a 3 day supplies by the time the medication is in process today I came back the woman with Christmas t shirt told me that you have to pay for the 3 day supplies which was supposed to pay by the insurance but,I agreed cause I'm almost hurt myself with a lot of bad thoughts from side effects of the medication. I told her I was just finished talking to a representative of my insurance and they said I don't have to pay the lady said well your insurance can tell you whatever they want but they're not working for CVS this is an answer from an employee to a customer who suffering from severe anxiety and depression without medication for 12 days even I explained to her my feelings and side effects of the medication which they know better than me as CVS PHARMACIST employee. Last day with them??
