Very poor customer service at this location. Pharmacy staff is oblivious to suggestions for improvement. Using the drive-thru window is a hit and miss - you never know how long the car ahead of you will keep others waiting - dispensing vaccines take for ever and nobody knows.

Was waiting in line for pharmacy, pull up and the clock ticked 6pm, they shut the window in my face. Went inside, refused to help me. Spoke to Will Oleander - Mgr no help. Thanks, even banks will help you if you are in line before closing. What a crap place, afar crap service, what crappy human beings.

Called earlier this evening about getting a passport photo. The lady on the phone said come on in before 11:30 and it will not be a problem.My wife and I showed up at 8:00 and stood in line at the check out. When it was our turn, we informed the cashier that we needed a passport photo. She told us to wait by the photo counter and someone will be right with you.BillAt 8:20 we left. We informed the cashier and she said she called the person who was supposed to do it but they never came.They were not busy, just lazy I guess.Walgreens here we come.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. I went to the pharmacy to inquire about sending my prescription and transferring it over to CVS and after waiting in line and then hearing another pharmacy tech rudely talk to another customer and the pharmacist was very rude to the customer and then was told that they couldn't help me and it turns out that person was incorrect. I called my original pharmacy and they said indeed it was CVS that needed to call them they just didn't wanna do any kind of work at all! I can see why the store gets such low ratings. It is the worst CVS around.

OMG, terrible. I rounded up two items to buy and proceeded to checkout with the cvs app ready on my smartphone. Scanned it once. Didn't work. Scanned it twice. Didn't work. So the lady Manager who was cashiering asked me "Why doesn't it work?" I sternly answered "I don't know." After that she implied my CVS card was expired. Even louder I responded, "it's not EXPIRED." Because my scan was inoperable here today I opted to type in phone number. The typing in of my phone number WORKED. In change she gave me a green penny w/ crud on it so I left it on the counter.
