Always pretty quick with my prescriptions. I never really have trouble with this CVS, it’s all around solid. It’s better than most other CVS and Walgreen locations I’ve been to. Only reason I give 4 stars is because I think it could have better pharmacy hours and could be open earlier on weekends.

The service at this CVS is special, unlike the others in Coral Springs, Coconut Creek, the service is really good.

Just got off the phone with a male Pharmacist while trying to find out the status of my order. He was curt, short, impatient, near rude.

Staff are always friendly. The store manager Jessica is super sweet and helpful. My favorite CVS in the Coral Springs area.

Employees at cashier counter are always willing to help you in order to obtain the best deal possible ... especially when it comes to using your coupons ... Great service ...

The cashier, who was chewing gum in a ordinary manner named Julisa, seemed disinterested in assisting me. Without a hint of empathy, she dismissed my important question while I was paying. Despite the lack of other customers, she rushed through the transaction, eager to resume her conversation with a nearby employee. This is a recurring pattern at this CVS; she has a condescending attitude toward customers, as if they are inconveniencing her. It's clear that she's unfit for this role. CVS should provide her with training on customer service and empathy. The store's 2.7-star rating is likely a reflection of such poor employee behavior. I also wonder who her supervisor is, as they seem to be failing in their duty to train this clerk on proper customer service.

On today's date I entered CVS to purchase some items. Prior to purchasing the items I walked to the rear of the business to the restroom and the doors were locked. I walked back to the front of the store and politely asked "Liz" for the restroom key. She mentioned "The Key should be by the restroom in a basket or near the pharmacy", I proceeded back to the restroom and search the areas she mentioned and to no avail the keys were not located. Due to holding the current emergency I attempted to open the restroom myself and tried entering my keys. In the mist of being desperate a lady with burgundy shirt, no name tag, yells "HEY, WHAT ARE YOU DOING?". I responded "Ma'm I am having an emergency can you help me with finding keys to the restroom. She mentioned they do not have any keys until the pharmacy opens up at 11am mind you its currently 9am. I proceeded to ask her "Can you at least open the employee only restroom" she got frustrated and walked away. Despite the horrible situation at hand I walked to the front of the store and noticed "Liz" and the rude lady whispering to each other. I asked both employees their name due to not wearing uniform nor name tags. The young lady told me her name "Liz" the rude lady with the burgundy shirt mentioned she is not giving me her name and ran to the employee storage room. I was lucky to come across a uniformed employee "Christopher" who attempted to help but was unsuccessful but I was appreciative of just him trying to help. Let it be noted, later I was able to find out the rude, burgundy shirt woman name is "Rachel" who happened to be a supervisor. Lock doors for customers, former employee, stock holder and current first responder is ridiculous. Rachel needs some training and learn respect, I heard this is an ongoing issue within the CVS Family.

Jessica who claimed to be the manager made me felt like I was on trial. She spoke loud with no customer service skills. I went in to deposit 900$ into my capital one account and asked about her counterfeit pen - she immediately asked why with a loud voice she was extremely rude and asked me why I wanted to know such information and that I look suspicious while asking suspicious questions. I literally had to tell her that I work a full time job and that I am not a scammer. Jessica should be working somewhere else and definitely not at CVS. I felt uncomfortable and will feel traumatized if I ever walk into that CVS again. Please do your best do avoid 3401 Coral springs drive cvs.

Horrible service in drive thru today. I called yesterday for my prescription and it turns out that my insurance didn’t cover but I had a coupon, when I call the pharmacy I spoke with a lady and she not only honored me the coupon but also informed me that she had a store coupon that would help me out best and she would apply it. When I went tonight the person in drive thru was very rude and said it didn’t have any coupons available, luckily I had mine and gave it to her but she said there is no such a thing as a store coupon and there is none for your meds. I’m changing pharmacy! Awful people working there.
