I am extremely disappointed with the service at this CVS location. In my experience, CVS has a reputation for hiring some of the most unhelpful and inconsiderate staff, and today was no exception. Despite having an hour until closing, the staff refused to fill my 4-month-old baby’s prescription, showing a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. Access to essential medication should never be denied due to arbitrary policies or staff unwillingness to assist. This experience further reinforces my belief that CVS needs to seriously reconsider their hiring and training practices to prioritize customer care and improve their service standards!!

Never buy a gift card from CVS! It’s a scam. Even though I have all the evidence to show that I paid $200 for a gift card at CVS, they will not refund me. When I tried to use the Macy’s gift card, Macy’s said that there was only $50 on the card. I contacted CVS numerous times and send them the receipt, the original packaging of the gift card. The receipt has the last 4 digits of the gift card numbers which matches. I have been defrauded by CVS and they will do nothing about it. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and hope that people will know to never buy gift cards from CVS.

There was no assistance with finding items needed. There was no sign of a common donut-like pressure relieving pad for a calloused area on one of my toes. Dr. Scholl's brand usual offer these.

Went at 7:10am, they are supposed to be open at 7am, and the front was still shuttered up and all lights off.
Now I understand that things happen, but now I’m concerned the store closed without notice and I get my scripts here.
Hope they can find more reliable openers if they are still open.
