In my recent experience at CVS Pharmacy, I found the service to be generally satisfactory, with friendly and knowledgeable staff providing attentive assistance. The pharmacy environment was clean and well-organized, contributing to a positive customer experience. However, the recurring issue of medication availability and stock shortages detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience. Delays in obtaining prescribed medications due to stock shortages or restocking delays pose a significant risk to patients' health and well-being, particularly for those reliant on life-saving medications. Addressing these issues promptly is essential to ensuring that customers receive the care they need without unnecessary delays or risks to their health.

My history with this pharmacy has been marked by consistently subpar service. Even when faced with a significant issue they became part of the problem in my opinion.Unfortunately, a recent visit reinforced why I hesitate to use this location. The pharmacists failed to impress, and I found myself wishing I could have filled the script at Sam’s Club, Publix, or any other pharmacy for a more reliable experience. I tried to avoid this location now.

Don't stop at this CVS, they likely won't have what you need because they only restock their shelves once a year.

Pharmacy is a mess . Make sure to check if they dispensed the correct amount of medicine . It happened to me 2x . I don’t know it’s the lack of training , but when I go the drive thru the person usually has no idea what’s going on . For instance yesterday I came for a prescription, lady had to call another employee because she didn’t how to process my order . I was told I could pick up later , I returned this morning and found out they never filled my prescription. So I had to make 3 trips that could have been one really . At least they are friendly but service needs to be better

Clean CVS that was well stocked with medicines, snacks and other amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Open late. :)
