I arrived just as the pharmacy assistant was shutting down for lunch. I was simply picking up a ready prescription. Instead of quickly checking me out, I was informed they would be back in 30 minutes. While wondering around, Target was a mess, shelves were empty, and the associates were unhelpful. Now I know why Target’s stock is doing so terrible. It was a lot like shopping at Walmart. I won’t be going back anytime soon.

On Oct 24/202 around 6:30PM I visited the CVS Pharmacy located at Parkland to get my prescription and purchase some supplements, in the shelves was saying “buy one, get one”
For all supplements, however, due the shelves disorganization I got confused, after pay in the cashier I realized that I should get one for free, I just back to the store and ask apologies to the same guy saying that I didn’t realize why the system charged me for both supplements if it was buy one , get one, he started having unacceptable behavior, he started throwing away the medicines and told me that I was making that complicated, He was very rudeness and hostility, I asked him to just provide me my refund and to talk to the manager.
Daniel came to complete the refund and asked for apologies.
There’s no reason for that guy act rudeness qns disrespectful m, he l was not wearing a badge, I can’t find his name, how can a store like CVS being in this way?
I was with my wife and I am foreign, I perceived his behavior as discriminatory and homophobic, he made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.
He seemed agitated and uncooperative when I politely asked for the return. I felt targeted and belittled due to my sexual orientation and language accent.
A customer service like that is unacceptable to a company like CVS, The CVS was always my preferred pharmacy, people like that damage and hurt the CVS brand and image, there a lot of people on this country that needs a job, find someone gentle who handle the customers.
The guy was not using. Badge, he is bold white with tattoos.

Understaffed, very bad customer service & you can't reach them about your prescriptions. If CVS doesn't fix these issues, they will not survive much longer with all their competitors.

I know technically it is a CVS pharmacy inside this Target, but I’ve encountered the snottiest technician that works in there. Older lady possibly of Caribbean background. She sees me looking for something in the vitamin isle and asks me over the counter if I needed help. I asked her for the specific vitamin I was looking for that coincidentally was right in front of the pharmacy. She very rudely replied “I don’t work for Target I work for CVS”. I said “I understand that, but you just asked me what I was looking for.” Why ask if you were just going to answer me that way? Just to be cranky because she can. Well CVS should look into how she has been responding to customers. Not very professional. Not very kind.

Pharmacist is very attentive, and remembers customers names. She goes out of her way to help when there is any issue, such as prescription not being ready for filling until days later.

CVS is 100% A God Send. I signed up for the rewards program, and they pay me $20 a month to shop there...EVERY MONTH!

Prescription sent out to this pharmacy before 09:00AM. Prescription not ready to pick up at noon. Showed up at 3:30PM. Still not ready. What do they do for 6.5hrs???? I would never use this Pharmacy again. If you in a hurry to pick up your prescription, I don’t recommend this pharmacy.
