You didn’t hear my father because you were busy talking to your co worker in the middle of us checking out so THE FACT you spoke to him as if he’s an idiot is just so disrespectful. that’s why no one likes coming to this store.

They don't have all glove sizes in stock so I had to go home and order the one I needed. Also if you would like them to break it in for you call first because apparently they don't turn on the machine at beginning of their shift so it's not ready. I drove all the way here only to find out machines not on and I could wait 45 min for it to warm up. Wasted my time twice.

I wanted to give a 5 star review until I saw the cashier added a DSG donation to my total workout asking me. Despite the amount it makes so sense to not respectfully ask a customer first.

I came with my family to ask some questions about the return the cashier and the manager were there. The shoes were a little bit dirty in the bottom and I couldn’t return them and I completely understand what I don’t understand is why they had to be so rude to me in front of my family And the manager was so disrespectful. He even put his food on the counter in front of my face to tie his shoe if you don’t believe me, check the cameras. Nov /15/2024 7:35pm

As usual. The coral springs dicks store customer service was on point!! The Boca store is right up the street but the customer service is horrible. I'd rather drive 40 mins in traffic and enjoy the experience.
