Fast and efficient. My new go to for anything car related.
Edit: Gotta update this until they fix my problem. This place does not answer the phone, so don't ever expect to get through to them with a phone call. They also don't have an email address you can email if there's some kind of issue or error made on their end (my situation). I got my car title updated and reprinted after losing it in a house fire, and they somehow made a mistake with my vehicle where my plate/registration was no longer registered to my vehicle (found this out when I got pulled over by a cop who told me he couldn't find my vehicle in the system when looking up my place). I confirmed this online on the DMV portal. I went to the tag and title place again myself and they fixed the issue, however, I now need to show proof of my 2024 registration to the clerk of courts to get my citation removed. In order to do that, it'd be so simple to have the Tag agency email me a copy of this, but they don't answer their phones ever so it's not possible unless I go in person (again for the 3rd time).

People are straight garbage! The people in the back that deal with the dealers are disrespectful because they control a couple people‘s tags. They think that they’re better than people. I understand Spanish too.🥱🥴🙄

Terrible experience with Incompetent staff. The staff including the supervisor obviously need to be retrained. I came here to renew registration with form proving that lien had been removed from license. None of the staff could figure out how to renew it and wouldn’t do anything to try to fix it. They kicked us out of line and said to figure it out with the company that originally placed the lien. I go to another office in Deerfield and they renew the registration with no problem. Please train your staff properly to not waste peoples time. People already have to stand in long lines here so there’s no reason why people can’t do their jobs to ensure a smooth efficient process.

SO EASY!!! They made the process so easy I couldn't believe it!! Went in to replace a lost title and transfer the same vehicle to another owner. She knew EXACTLY what to do and how to do it!! We were in and out in less than 30 minutes!!! You can make an appointment on their website, which we did. Only had to wait about 5 minutes. We've been putting it off because we were afraid we'd be there all day!! This place is AMAZING!!!! Cannot recommend enough!!!

I went in over a week ago to register my moped and they said they would have to check with the state if my documents were acceptable I called no less then 9 times this week, spoke to an actual person once and they said they would have someone call me, a week later and I still have heard nothing
