Wow never been treated like this ever manager name Gloria was very rude and judgmental I was I store shopping and try to use bathroom and they are both lock I said if I could please use the bathroom..she looks at me up and down and said no!!! And walk away..what she did not know is I was in there with my family shopping. then pass by me and roll her eyes at me like I was a second class citizen and started talking in Spanish

Enormous for a dollar tree, not only that but it was clean. Everything was organized and easy to find and very well stocked. Had everything 3 other dollar trees didn’t have. A lot of balloons there making it look festive.

Valeria the cashier was extremely rude and unpleasant. Did not speak back, had a bad attitude and when asked about it she shrugged her shoulders and said “so” and slammed the receipt on the counter instead of handing the receipt to me. So unacceptable which displayed terrible customer service.

I have a bad experience with this store, the staff is rude and intolerant towards their customers. In addition, it is disorganized, so if you ask for help, be assured that they will not give it to you. I rate it with one star because I cannot give it less.

This is the worst dollar tree! Always dirty. The lady at the cashier today throwing all my cute stocking holders (ceramic) on top of each other and ruining them. You are just a rude person!! You had paper to wrap them right next to you!!!!
Also not one person speaks English. People working there talking loud on the phone, leave their ladders in the middle of the isle. All around a bad store.

Sounds silly to do a review for the Dollar Store but... this store is the best!! It is always clean and well stocked. I travel from Deerfield Beach just because this store will always have what I am looking for!! Will be back this weekend :D

This dollar tree (used) to be really nice, but not anymore. The people that they have working there are rude, unprofessional and do not keep up with the store. This morning today 6/12/2024 around 11am there was two lanes open, with a lot of customers in line. Unfortunately a customer paid with A LOT of coins.... the girl behind the register sadly was stuck counting it all, a super big line, we were instructed to go to another line, and the lady there did not want to take us. She rudely told us that she's closed. Basically leaving use to go back to the original line behind everyone when we were next! Also leaving the girl still counting ALL those coins all alone. When I addressed that her manager is a rude disgusting person for putting her I. That situation she got rude and unprofessional to me for even saying that. Respect is earned not given. Those girls have horrible customer service! Franchise owners should seriously reconsider who they hire. Get rid of those girls and replace them with ppl that actually give good customer service and maintain the store.

This is now my new dollar tree , i live in Coral Springs and was going to another one . But this one i went to and it’s so organized , just so nice ! Osvelis was super nice and attentive . Omg I’m impressed
