I just made a purchase here, at store 8891. When I asked the cashier for balloons, she was very rude and disrespectful. She had a very unpleasant attitude. It's 4:24 pm; if she's tired or in a bad mood, she should find a different job. And if she's bothered by having to inflate the balloons, then they shouldn't sell them.

Cashier spent more time petting the dog that was in the store then helping the customers. No other employees were anywhere to be found cause I did walk the store and look. This is the holiday season and only 1 person on the register who did not care that the line was very long but just kept petting the dog. I have nothing against dogs but do it on your break.

The store is great. I have been here many times, but I will no longer be going to this location, due to a rude older latina cashier who is always there in the mornings. I have watched her several times being rude and nasty with customers. She always has a bad attitude, like we are bothering her for doing her job. I have no idea how she even has a job working with the public.

There were 12 people in line, so we asked the person stocking RIGHT NEXT to the register if someone else could open another register. She said no, so we waited another 5 minutes. The line didn't move so we left.

Dollar tree in general is not terrible for what it is, but cashiers at this location are rude. Had one guy who made us wait until he was done texting to ring us up. Literally told us to hold on and kept typing at his phone

Every time we go the people never speak English and there’s one kid who is on his phone the whole time every single time. It’s just such an unpleasant experience

Do not frequent the store if you are of color of any kind as you will be discriminated against minor things like putting your hands in your pocket motioning touching something on the shelf, not touching the shelf for stealing, although that may not be something that has happened. Only because he was standing next to my sister to purchase something he had in his pockets, although he had stolen nothing they wanted him to step out of line because he put his hands in his pockets.

This location was neat and orderly when they first opened, but now most of the aisles are trashed like other locations. They need to have more associates working to straighten and restock items.

I recently went shopping at the dollar store. When I needed to use the restroom, an employee told me that they had lost the key to it. It was very inconvenient to have to leave my items and go to another store just to use the restroom.

There is only one cashier while the manager was inside the office telling someone else her relationship problems and I know because she was talking loud enough for everyone to hear. I spent here more than 20 minutes I literally know all her life. I ended up looking for myself just to find out they didn’t even have the item. Really really bad customer service.

This is my favorite Dollar Tree by far. Everything is clean, organized and usually fully stocked. The cashiers are friendly and helpful. Never has long lines. I go there at least once a week and I'm never dissapointed.
