I called in inquiring about a cooling fan issue I was having with my laptop. I explained to the person what was going on, and she said to bring it in, and they would check it out. So i drove over there, and when i got there and explained to the person behind the counter what was going on, she stated for ME to go home and get on line and find a fan for the laptop and when i had it, to bring it in and they would replace it. A couple of things: Why wasn't I told that on the phone when I first called in? Secondly, if you are the repair experts, why are you not finding the needed parts? Why are i being tasked with that job?? Like I know where to shop and what part number i needed.I just don't understand .

Don't even try to go there, once you come they will try to scam you
There was absolutelly no problem with the phone, no one contacted Verizon, the phone is brand new in the box, so stop lying or I will take legal action as I can proof that the phone was 100% ok, but you can't proof that noncence you're saying!
People don't trust those people with your devices they are liars
