If I could leave less than one star, I would. I went in for blood work and had to sit through Dr. Ginter yelling at the nurse attending me. The nurse treated me well, even with Dr. Ginter yelling at them for not knowing how to do their job. The whole situation was highly uncomfortable—a cold woman disrespecting her employees for no reason.

Save your time and money and go to a proper doctors office where both staff AND provider will treat you with respect and compassion.

Found them within BCBS and called because they had good reviews. The office person said they are part of a special group that you have to be a part of and the cost was 1,800. Not sure what that means but who on earth can afford that! Office person seemed very nice, but I still think you need to be removed from the area that says you are a family doctor.

Dr. Ginter was my physician before joining MDVIP and I decided to continue to use her after she joined them because she is very thorough and never rushes an appointment like most doctors. Her knowledge and experience coupled with the MDVIP health testing are a great combination. I lost close to 30 pounds after finding out that I was at risk from the MDVIP testing. I recommend Dr. Ginter, especially to those that have health complications as she will lead you back on the proper health track.

I'm one of the old school genre that don't go to a doctor unless they're missing an arm and one foot-but Dr. Ginter is the doctor I trust my well being and health care to. Professional, eminently competent, confidential, and caring. If you're looking for a physician who is the whole package-I highly encourage you to pick up the phone and make the call now.

I feel so lucky to have Dr. Ginter as my primary care dr. I have several complex medical conditions and Dr. Ginter never misses a beat. She does an incredible job of being the captain of the ship so to speak. She pays keen attention to every detail of labs, imaging, and physical examinations, making her an excellent diagnostician. Dr. Ginter gives every patient the time they need and you never feel rushed. As someone who has seen 100s of drs, I can genuinely say Dr. Ginter is the best of the best!

Horrible experience. My health is not always in 15 minute parcels. Went to the dr today and she said she did not have time to talk about anything else because she already spent 15 minutes with me. She had me waiting for 45 minutes for my appt, then she could not find the lab results, but SHE had no time to treat me. OMG this is the 3rd time I went to get help with Lupus and other problems. She said I could come back another time. What the heck was that? Not a safe place. Her MA told me I needed an EKG, was flippant, and what the heck was that? Did not need an EKG. Last time I went this Dr told me that I had only 65% function of my kidneys but later said that was a mistake when I questioned her. What is that? Last month I got calls for a concierge practice with her. Telemarketing called back until I answered the survey. Time to look for another. She did not care just told me why she could not do her job. Furthermore, the condition she spent our time on was at her suggestion. She said she'd like to treat me for a problem so I let the other appointment go with another doctor. Then she had no TIME for the original problem. I do not care about her business, I go to a doctor and pay them to attend to my health. My health is not always in 15 minute parcels.

Dr. Ginter is a very intelligent and thorough doctor! When I went in to establish a new patient relationship, she took the time to listen to all my general concerns and complaints and took them seriously rather than shrug it off and dismiss as a normality. She told me things about my health that I was not previously aware of, e.g. heart murmur and mild scoliosis. Overall, great experience. I'm genuinely glad that I found her and decided to wait until there was an opening for a new patients to see her.

I had my first visit with Dr. Ginter and I don't think I could be any happier. My appointment was 3 months away because she only schedules a few new patients per day. I got moved up because of a cancellation which was great. Now I know why she only sees a few new patients per day. She spent so much time with me addressing every need and concern. Most doctors rush you in and out and Dr. Ginter was the complete opposite. The office staff was extremely friendly and the medical assistant who handled my bloodwork was also great. They do charge $15 for bloodwork drawn in the office, but it's well worth it to not have to go to the labs. I got the results quickly and had a prescription phoned in right away as promised. It was a great experience and I'm so happy I finally found a doctor I can be happy with.
