This place is the worst place ever! On two occasions I book rentals and when I show up for the car they said they don’t have any. Sick very insensitive people. Even we called in the morning to confirm if the vehicle was there they said yes only for us to be told they don’t have any Kmt cruelty

WARNING! I would not recommend this location at all! This was a big disappointment. They do not honor reservations and the customer service was terrible at this branch. We visited this branch Monday and inquired about a reservations that was made five days in advance. We first spoke to Scott the manager, he told us that there were no cars available when we asked why, he was dismissive, rude and gave no reasoning. We then spoke to the assistant manger and he told us to com back later to pick it up. The next morning we arrived only a few minutes after opening and spoke with the assistant manager again just to tell us there were still no reservations. When we asked was the issue was and he couldn’t give us an explanation. He agreed he should have communicated effectively and did admit to carelessness. We were left with no car and no explanation as to why the reservation was not honored (conformation number and all).I would recommend going to the Enterprise Branch office Coral Ridge and Wiles. We had a MUCH BETTER experience.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Manager and assistant manager are completely unprofessional. I had to deal with unprofessional staff at this location including Scott H the manager and assistant manager. I had a reservation at this specific location just to get there and be told there was no availability and to return that afternoon. I returned the following morning at opening just told to be told there was still no car available. The staff did nothing to honor or accommodate my reservation. Instead they were rude, and lacked proper customer service etiquette. I’m truly disappointed as I have used this enterprise location in the past. In comparison, I went to the location at 4676 Coral Ridge Dr and dealt with Kyle S, the manager. He was very kind, professional and was willing to work with me to get me a vehicle.

They charged my card out the blue for $180 and claim they don’t have my card on file and have no records of it. First of all, they didn’t ask to identify myself nor ask for my card number to verify the suspicious transaction! They’re scammers! This place is a piece of dumpster!

I’ve been using the Coral Springs location for over 7 years and have always had an amazing experience. I luckily live within the 3 miles for them to pick me up so I’m able to get my rental. I would most definitely continue to go to particular location because it’s just overall convenient and a pleasure to get my rentals here.

I've rented from Enterprise a few times this year and everything was great until my last rental on December 26, 2023. I made my reservation well over a month in advance because I knew it was the holidays and I wanted to make sure that I got what I was looking for, which was a mid-size suv. When I got to the location for my 6pm pick up they did not have any mid-size suv's available. They offered me a Dodge Charger...how is that anywhere near a suv. As I was looking at other options a mid-size suv was being returned. They said to give them a half hour to clean the car as they were closing for the night. I don't know what they did in that half hour but they didn't clean the car. It smelled of cigarette smoke really bad and I did call to let them know so I wouldn't be blamed for it but I had to speak to customer service as the location was already closed. In the morning when I went to pack the suv it was FILTHY! I didn't realize it when I picked it up because it was dark out. When I opened the trunk I had black dirt all over my fingers so apparently they didn't wash it. There were crumbs in the cup holder, what looked like spilled liquid on the center console, it was just filthy. I called the pickup location plus two other local locations to try and exchange it for something else but no location had anything available until around 3PM and I needed to be on the road by 11AM. Needless to say…I cleaned the inside myself. That SUV should have never been given to me that way!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE! I have been renting with enterprise for over 11 years and never had an experience this bad. The manager Scott should just work with alligators because that’s the only thing he’s fit to do!

I rent at this location all the time and the people are nice. However I gave this store a 5 star rating because the young man who helped me this time was very attentative and pleasant. He deserves a raise because not only myself he helped but I also observed him being polite and helpful with other customers who was there as I was waiting. I will continue doing business with those guys. Thank you for making my car rental experience simple and hassle free.

I hate that I'm even giving 1 star. I made a reservation for September 27th 2023 because of a car acciden. I picked up my car and the employees at enterprise Ford dealership were extremely nice and helpful. However, the car I was given was full of spiders and ants. yes spiders, I have 2 kids that are extremely scared and allergic to spider. I called the very next morning on the 28th at 7:30 am, but nobody seems to care or wants to help me. I called about 4 different enterprise and called the 1800 number but was given the runaround for over 3 hours. I've been waiting for a manager to call since 7:30 am and it is now 12:59 pm and still haven't received a call to help me. This is so unacceptable, someone needs to contact me ASAP. I have videos of spiders and any in the car.

After given a vehicle that hasn't had its maintenance check in God knows how long ago, the mini van had 0% of good beyond the 5000 miles threshold to the point that the engine had a complete shutdown while driving on a 70 mph stretch of I-95. Luckily, I was able to move the van off the exit to ensure the safety of my two small boys, ages 3 and 1, my wife and dog. We were left stranded for the next 4 hours due to the inability of customer service with multiple attempts to communicate with them the our needs to get my family to safety and back on the at 3 am. I'm greatly grateful that a state trooper was on the scene and stayed with us until the situation was finally resolved.
