Terrible experience! I felt I was robbed from that company. I rented a car for over a month and I wasn’t sure to either get their insurance or not because I wasn’t sure if my own insurance would cover rental car. So I decided to get their insurance for 1 week only because I didn’t want to leave with the car without knowing about the insurance situation. So I confirmed with the lady that helped at the time, and she said “you are only buying insurance for 7 days, make sure if you need more days you call us to add more days”. I was like “ okay, no problem”. So I figured my insurance would cover rental car, so I never called to add more days because I didn’t need it. So when I returned the car they charged me for the whole time, over 40 days even after a had the agreement for 7 days only. So I called and spoke to the manager Graig, explained the whole situation, he said he would talk to the lady and get back to me by the end of the day, he never did, I called next day , he was busy, waited another few days and finally I got to him; I was offered to get the refund of half of the money they charged without my consent… WHAT??? I explained him the whole situation again, and he kept repeating himself that the only thing he could do it’s to refund half of my money, and the worst the hang up on me. So I called him back, asked him to do hang up on my face and he said he was busy. I asked about his supervisor and he said he is the manager and if I want I can call the corporate! That’s what I got for a “Great customer service” ! ?That’s absolutely ridiculous! I literally felt “ripped”by this company .

Greg the manager and Kelvin the assistant manager were great. The customer service was impeccable and they were very nice and made sure that I was taken care of.

I had an accident, the worst experience anyone can go thru. I had family members in town and needed a vehicle right way. My insurance took for ever and between then and the bank didn’t care about me whatsoever but here came Enterprise rent a car and saved my holidays. Thanks to the staff at Coral springs in Wiles road did what they had to in a prompt manner.Highly recommend it. Please go visit them they WILL take care of you.

I was across the street at VW dealer for service. They had no loaners left so they sent me across street to Enterprise. They had "several" cars avail but I was put in a older corolla with 70k miles on it. The bumper was literally falling off and dents "Everywhere". Looked like hail damage. Paint chipped all over car.I get in the car and I am not exagerating, The wheel and Headliner were "Black" with dirt. Both front seats were "Stained" with I dont know what.. I get on the road and it was "Shaking" at 55 mph.. I actually had to spend an Hour of my day cleaning it..I have been renting cars for 20 years and this is by far "The WOrst" car I have ever rented.

I rented a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica white the car handled great it had about 51,000 miles when I got it which is a little high and everyone at the Enterprise in Coral Springs was great. I returned the car and Nicole was awesome. I informed her that they might want to put new windshield wipers on the car. It wasn’t a complaint I was just informing them so the next customer doesn’t have any issues.

Terrible experience!I recently had a rental that my dealership paid for due to warranty on my car. The vehicles were horrible and problems not solved.First, the young lady helping me was very nice and polite, and the assistant manager Kelvin was so professional and pleasant. However, the cars provided were in terrible condition, not sure if I was treated differently due to the dealership paying for me. The first car was very dirty, inside and out, the windshield wipers smeared but the absolute worse was that cigarette smoke left in the car. I am extremely sensitive to strong smells and allergic to smoke, my eyes were burning and I got a headache from just 30 minutes drive. When I called to make arrangements prior to picking up a car, I couldn't reserve one, I was told to just come and see what they have on the lot. Then I had to come back to hopefully switch to a clean smokefree car after the weekend but that was worse. I was literally waiting 2.5 minutes for the young girl to walk out with a rag and a spray bottle to "clean" a car and when she showed me the car, I inhaled so much chemical fumes that I couldn't stop coughing for an hour. No solution was provided, no follow up calls!I had no choice in choosing a rental place but this will not be on my list if I need a car in the future.

My car broke down on my way to work. I made a reservation online to pick up the car at this location. Chantel was extremely nice, efficient and curteous. I was greeted with a smile. She got me on my way to work so fast. Returning the car was just as pleasant. Thank you so much.

Rented a Car for 8:30 am. No car available at 9:00 am. Multiple people waiting on cars. They were understaffed. Car was being "cleaned". Told it would be 15 more minutes. Appeared I would be there over an hour. I Cancelled reservation. Major inconvenience. Will not rent from them again.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. I had an issue with the car I was renting and the young lady chantal made things right when I returned the vehicle. I'm very pleased with the customer service and I will be back!

Chantal Williams and her coworker were completely disrespectful to my mom. Doesn’t want to rent a car to my parent because she didn’t like her “aura and energy” lol what kind of customer service is that enterprise? Disgusting.

Had a reservation to pick up a small suv at 12pm I received a call at 11:45 saying they had no cars but we’re expecting cars within an hour. They said they would call me back in 45 minutes and they never did. When I called back they said they had no cars and it didn’t matter that we had a reservation. Very unhappy with enterprise

First off, they were very professional at the location when I rented the car. The reason for the one star is because, I don't know what has happened to Enterprise and their quality control. The vehicle I rented turned out to have zero rear breaks, it was metal on metal. I was told that they did not have a vehicle to exchange unless, I went to the airport and exchanged it there. They only had pickup trucks available for exchange and this was not an option for me. I was advised to take it to Pep Boys so they could do the breaks, to which I did, only to find out the wheel lock adapter was not in the vehicle and Peb Boys did not have an adapter. I left town for 5 days and was told by the rep at Enterprise that they would look for a replacement vehicle and that never happened. I got back from my trip, I had to call customer service to get something done, which was to send me to the airport. I finally exchanged the car there for a small pick up truck and let me tell you, it smelled like a petting zoo, it was so bad that I had to bring it back to Enterprise so they could put me in a different vehicle. I was advised the vehicle had high mileage and that it had came from the airport, which did not matter to me. I thought finally (after two weeks of going back and forth with Enterprise to get in a safe vehicle. The vehicle I am currently in has bald tires, needs an alignment, new tire (s) and a balancing. Currently sitting at my house, I am just waiting on my vehicle to be ready so I can return the rental and hopefully not deal with Enterprise for a long time. It is a shame because I have been renting vehicles from Enterprise for about 23 years and my experience has never been this bad.
