Dealt with Michelle on the size and lettering on the 5 signs I ordered. She was very courteous and a great help on helping me make the final decision. She even made suggestions on what to title the signs, which was quite helpful. She then sent me the proof on how the signs would look for approval. They were perfect. Within one week I had the signs. Whether the residents of my building follow what they sat, is another story...lol. All I can do is try.
