They printed my business cards on the spot. Only 100 cards. :)
They printed a proof first (of matte and glossy). The lady (Lindsay) was very accommodating and did her best to explain all the print details to me. I will definitely go back to this location for all my print needs.
I am highlighting the fact that you do NOT have to do the order online because another big company in the area requires you do do it online. :(

I went to 4 printing shops for a last minute printing and this location was the only one that helped me. Lindsey is great! All while managing a bunch of customers alone and even picking up the phone!!

The manager is so miserable. Never smiles. Slow and unwelcoming. Every time I go in she acts like she hates her job.

The people who work there are such blessings. Carlos, as all the other employees, are inundated with too much work and too many customers. However, they really work hard to stick with a customer, who should know how to do a few things, but don't and can't. They are quite patient which is unusual for a busy store like this one. There was another employee who stayed with me past her time to go, apologized, but then tried to leave me with someone to help me finish the work I came to accomplish.

The customer service at this location was awful. Miguel was extremely rude and not willing to be helpful at all. Honestly he didn’t seem like he even wanted to be working and basically told me he couldn’t help me so I left.

I had left the five-star review not even a week ago. However whoever they have working today Friday April 2nd at 11:00 a.m. meet me lower this. I come in with a computer that I need to ship to a friend, and they actively trying to stop me from shipping it with them. Well we're going to have to open it to see if you packed it right, oh I don't know if the system will let me send it, accompanied by general malaise to do anything. That's not how you treat a repeat customer. Any customer at all actually. Complete polar opposite to how I was treated four days earlier. I get that you don't want to be working this job but at least understand that it's not my fault you're working it. Though if you keep treating customers like this youll probably have less people coming in so it's not a bad plan

Worst store experience ever, THE WORST
Monique made sure I did not get my package shipped. Some people should not have power because it gets to their head, instead of trying to help she made it more difficult. I called corporate and the policy I was told, was different from what Monique was telling me at the Coral Springs location. If you can avoid this location please do, they are not friendly or helpful.

On December 30 of 2024 I tried sending a box delivery to Maryland, which was some eggnog. After paying the fee to deliver the bottles I was told they cannot be delivered and a credit supposedly was gonna be given to me. Today is March 6 of 2025 and I still have not received that refund. And there is no way to get through on that phone number. This service sucks. There’s no communication that can be had unless you go in person to the store.

What a miserable experience. No one greets you, offers to help or even acknowledges you at all, the whole time you don't know if you'll ever be served because they just take so long and don't even look up! Just dropping off my package with the kid who seemed very uninterested in helping was arduous and regretful. Avoid this location if possible
