I've been here since 9:50 am. This dude latevfor his shift. Guy next door says he will call the guy to see when the kid will be coming to work. Literally bro. It's 10:02. I already know GNC is. Franchise Comaonym so he really is costing the owner money by not being here for his shift on time. I'll wait 10 minutes. But if bro doenst show up..... I don't know. I guess hire people who are reliable maybe?

I’m here at 1:30pm on a Tuesday and the store is closed with no sign or anything saying they’re out for lunch or something. Guess I’ll take my business to vitamin shoppe.

Just found out something interesting about GNC. If you place an online order with discounts for pick up, the owner can cancel the order and say it's not in stock. Well, I guess they didn't plan for me being in the store at the same time it was canceled. The cashier called him about the order and he said something about losing money because of the online order. This is not my problem. Just open up a different store and a completely different franchise if this is the issue. While I was at the store, I was speaking to customer service, and they told me my order was canceled by someone due to it not being in stock. I was holding the 'not in stock' item in my hand. At the same time, the owner was on the phone with the cashier, and she so happened to put him on speaker to talk to me again. I told him I was on customer service and relayed what they told me about the item not being in stock. He said customer service doesn't know what they're talking about most of the time. ? I'm guessing he got fed up, so he told me to place my order again and they'll process it. By that time, he probably zero out the items from online so that it shows there's nothing in stock. So i couldn't make a purchase. Lol. What's the point of telling me to reorder online. The poor customer service rep tried helping me but told me they're showing nothing in stock also. I still have the item in front of me. Good job for wasting my time.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Have had multiple bad experiences with this store especially with the online order and pick up option. This last situation was the last straw! I placed the order for pickup so I could receive the 10% off and this store cancelled my order due to “we loose money if we fulfill this order”. So why advertise store pick up for 10% if you’re not going to complete the order? Terrible service.

Went in yesterday around 5pm, couldn’t even tell the cashier worked there he was wearing a hoodie and slacks. No greeting or assistance provided. When I got to the counter with 2 tubs of protein, he told me that the BOGO sign that was up where these were, was actually not real and have probably been up and displayed for the past 6 months. The proceeded to tell us there was actually no deals. So not only was there complete false advertisement but this kid didn’t seem to care at all. My worse GNC experience and will not be going back. Don’t go here if you like a good deal since you actually don’t know because they don’t keep up on their accurate displays or signs.

This place is racist don’t shop here!! the women who worked here followed me around the store the whole time and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Very disappointed in the service. Don’t support racist businesses.

Terrible customer service protein shakes are over priced and half of the people there do not have experience taking supplements.
