Horrible experience. I ordered a product online 3 hours in advance when the email said the product would be ready for pickup in 2 hours. Went to the store and the employee had no idea what I was there for. The order finally came in 6 hours later. Waste

I have been a customer of the GNC supplement store for a long time, and I can say with absolute certainty that it is the best place for those looking for quality and good service in the world of bodybuilding supplements. Every time I come here, I leave extremely satisfied with my purchase.
What I love most is the variety of products they offer. I always find everything I need, from proteins to pre-workouts and vitamins. Store , service , and idea is great however when you sell same exact protein powder as target literately across the way for $10 more why bother, at least sell the same price as them to get people in the door even if you break even on that product. Powder and products are fine.

The store has quite a few good options for tasty protein bars and snacks as well as energy and hydration drinks. Some good promotional discounts as well. Would be great if the staff didn’t follow and watch and interrupt non stop as my wife and I shopped. Ximena interrupted every time we tried to discuss product. I even asked for some space and never left us alone to browse relaxed. High pressure annoyance.

Came in Tuesday to get Strawberry lean bars and was told by an associate that they were probably still needed to be inventoried, basically saying they have them but I cant buy them, which was no help. Mind you I already came from the GNC on Wiles which is also total garbage and had only one box of a flavor I don't like for over 4 days. This GNC isn't as bad but starting to get there. Clearly a lot of people buy those bars, they should be better stocked for customers. Over a week since I been able to get the bars, crazy that my only option is shipping, I cant even set them to pick them up in stores, GNC should at last let me put pick up online, clearly not inventoried two days later, should be better prepared or hire more help if its too much for one person.

Always a pleasure going to this GNC location. Staff are always helpful and professional. This location is the only store in the area that has the Body metric analysis machine.
