This place did not help me with my pp (postal problems). I spent over an hour at the postal office and to be frank, it got hard waiting. In fact it was so hard I couldn’t take it anymore and had to j*** it (the door) because it wouldn’t open. Anyways I will not be spending any money for them to help with my pp (postal problems) anymore.

I am very disappointed with this business. I have been a loyal customer of this place and not even because of that they tried to solve a problem that themselves caused. The packages that you send with them are supposed to be delivered door to door. I payed for that. I even requested to change the initial address which was my parents house, to my grandmas house because my parents got recently ill with COVID -19 and Goin Postal changed the address without mentioning a thing. But my grandma called me saying they called her to ask her to pick up the package at certain locations. She told that to me since she thought it was weird since it has always been delivered to their door. She doesn’t have a car and the reason a changed the address was to avoid the employees and the goods to have contact with my parents since there were some important things on that box that were crucial for my grandma’s health.I wrote them via WhatsApp to explain them the situation and they told me they are no doing door to door anymore due to the country’s issues, which I understand, but they never mentioned that to me. I even changed the address and they didn’t say anything about having to pick up the package somewhere else. I kindly asked them if they could do an exception since I didn’t know about that because they didn’t tell me. And also because my grandma doesn’t have a car and my parents are sick with COVID-19 and they refused to even tried to help me. Very dissatisfied with this service. I even feel I should get a refund because I payed the most expensive service in order for the box to get there fast and to their DOOR. Last time using their service.
