Absolutely horrible service. Lynne was horrible. Disrespectful the whole entire haircut. Didn’t listen to a word I said and told me what I wanted made no sense. Acted as if it was her hair she was cutting. Didn’t say a word to me the whole haircut and then when I go to checkout, she was rude about me using a coupon. Will never be coming back.

Worst hair cut ever. 2 nd chair on the right. One sideburn 1” shorter than the other. She completely disregarded notes in the computer and instructions I had asked her to do. Needles to say, I won’t return.

Today Saturday Feb 1, we went into the website which indicated how many, I reserved for 2 and the computer indicated my name in number 11 and with Pilar number 12. As I proceeded to check in the attendant, an Asian lady with extremely poor customer service manners, proceeded to tell me that there was only one person because my husband should have been separated under a different phone number. Their system does not indicate what the computer indicates. Apparently the two softwares dont communicate with each other. In the meantime there was a father with his name and plus 2 for his two children, so does it mean he needed to reserve each child with their phone number? It made no sense. My husband and I havr been there tons of times and never had this situation. It seems that your internet reservation system does not communicate with the salon system, according to the staff. I do have to say there was another attendant who came over to assist. But I must emphasize that the hairdresser that took my information in, I don’t have her name only that she had short black hair, was about 5’2”, and Asian was extremely rude!!!!
I must also indicate that the hairstylist that took care of me was Lynn and she was great. She did an amazing job and was very observant to the fact that after she removed the neck cover, I still had some white hairs. I was fortunate to have her and she wiped the terrible experience I had with the one who checked us in. I should add that as we were leaving, there was a gentleman with his sons also checking in and the same rude attendant/hairstylist, told him that he only had an appointment for one and what was the phine number for his 6 year old son… Is she OK? Again, the screen where you see your turn indicated his name and the number of customers with that particular client . She engaged in an argument that he had to wait cause only his telephone number was in… so kids need to put in their telephone number? What if they are little and have no phine. Why does the website ask how many?Then there should only be one person at the time registration . Either you need to fix your online reservation system to ensure it is connected to the computer at the salon; if it is indeed the problem. Otherwise, the company need to train the stuff to understand the system and to address it in a polite manner when they have to make adjustments for the clients. Again, that particular stylist needs to learn how to politely address clients. She has an attitude, she is rude and shouldn’t work with humans.
Again, Ms. Lynn was extremely kind and professional.

Char did a wonderful job with my hair so I allowed her to be the first other than myself to cut my 4 year old. She made him feel very comfortable and my son was very satisfied. We will come back to see her again!
