We have used Groom & Go a few times, they always seem to have some kind of confusion or issue with keeping their times straight. I get a notification for a day and time from their system and then get a text for a completely different time. This has happened numerous times. The last time however was why I won't be using this company again. Have an appt for Wed, they show up 40minutes late and I need to reschedule cause have to leave somewhere. Rescheduled for Saturday and they show up 45 minutes early and blow up my phone asking me where I am. Company needs to get itself a working clock or something. Adios..

It was definitely very last visit to this place. There have been three occasions now that he took her to trim and it is definitely faster for them to shave them because that way they generate more money. It is disrespectful for them to remove all of my pet's fur without permission. Before taking her, I took the time to comb her hair at home and wear her hair straight. If they found a knot and they understand that it is better to shave it, the shortest thing they should do is a call, or check it when I was there, so I would have left with my pet. If what you want is quick money, too bad for you.

Horrible experience. Took my puppy in on Saturday. She was here from 10am-3:30pm was never seen till I showed up and questioned other dogs being taken before her.They had her crate covered in a towel, she was shaking and vomited from the stress after I made them give her back to me. Even after a good bath last night she still smells like the nasty perfume they sprayed her with.There was no communication on the length of time she would be waiting.

It says on Google it's open until 5pm. I'm here at 3:15pm and they told me they are closed. Hours need fixing.

Was recommended this place by a friend. Will never go there again and will tell everyone about my experience. First I drop my dog off at 10am. They didnt give me a timeline of pickup, at 2:30pm I called and they said another 1 - 2 hours. I go there 1 hour later my puppy had not have even be started but was in a crate covered with a towel. I see on the list that they took a least 4 dogs that came after her before her. I then demanded they hand her back to me. She was shaking and scared. They sprayed her with perfume that even after a bath I cannot get rid of. She was so shaken she threw up twice when we got home. Beware of this place.

We took our pup in for a full grooming service and had a great experience. Julie and her staff were very pleasant and professional. Place was clean and inviting. I told Julie the type of haircut I wanted for our dog, she listened and gave a few tips as well since our dog is a pup. The result was great! Will definitely bring our dog back. Thank you all so much.

I have been going to Groom and Go in Coral Springs and they have always been great. Much to my surprise I found out they have a new location in Lighthouse Point closer to where I live. I called and made an appointment and got in right away and Yuli was helpful, quick and my 2 Pomeranian pups had a great experience. And they look absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend.

First time we had service with them we loved it. Amazing girl that treated our babies like princesses. They messaged me for a new appointment which I agreed to it. Couple minutes later I requested a change of appointment. No answer. Day arrive (today) my mom was waiting at home for them to come by and nobody came over, no text nothing. I text them to ask what happened and they said i changed it (which i didn't even get a reply first time) and the had the nerve to tell me "check previous message"(????) I'm sorry, am i getting the service for free or something? Messaged them on Instagram and no response so it seems they don't even care. Sucks because we liked the previous service.

DO NOT USE!!! I brought my dog in for just a bath and they instead cut all his hair very short and shaved his private area right down to the skin. All you see are red patches on him in the areas he was deeply shaved. This was not the service requested. My dog is the type of breed that doesn’t get a haircut. He sheds his coat evenly twice a year. I am so upset yet they took NO responsibility and acted like it was not a big deal. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! I wish I would have read the previous reviews posted.

Been using Groom and Go for years now. Very courteous and professional. My dog just loves Leo, he gets so excited every time he sees her. She always makes him look great and smell great too!
