I went yesterday at 2:30pm and the service was excellent! The woman was very patient because I was undecided when it came to choosing a flavor for a shake , so she offered me samples of some flavors and in the end she recommended that I choose the Cookies and cream shake which is very famous there, very good costumer service!

Women did not get off the phone once while helping and was rude. This happend at 1/17/2024 at 3 pm. She has other people leave because she was on the phone and ignored people. Very horrible customer service, will never go back while she is working.

I was very impressed. This has to be the cleanest food court business I've seen. The staff was very friendly, and my shake was amazing. It will be my 1st stop when entering the mall.

Standard mall Haagen-Dazs in the Coral Square Mall, small cup is $6.75 plus tax; a bit slow getting the ice cream despite being pretty quiet in the mid-day, a very, "vanilla" experience? Puns aside, nothing stood out here.

I went yesterday to this terrible place, the owner was so rude!! I just ordered a bananasplit, he was annoyed and just threw our order at us he kept the change without asking us if we agreed and we said "thank you for your service" and he just turned away and completely ignored us. To be an owner he should have a little more empathy with his customers and if he really isn't in a good mood he just lets his customer know that he doesn't want to sell him anything. They should improve this.

la atención del señor mayor en el punto de coral square mall fue muy desagradabl, mi flia y yo llegamos al punto casi al cierrevy de forma grosera nos dijo q si queriamos algo nos atendería y si sólo íbamos a probar no, creo q esta no es la forma de atender a un cliente, claro q los íbamos a comprar!!! definitivamente fue muy grosero y nos hizo sentir mal!, creo q el señor se llama Jake, q mal la imagen q proyecta a la empresa con su actitud y q lastima porq los helados son muy buenos!

Here at the shop in the mall. Julio served us and was wonderful. Even told us a little ice cream history. Made my daughter post checkup (with shot ) ice cream all the better.

Decided to grab coffee here because it said 50% off. I ordered two "iced caramel lattes" which was listed on the board as $3.86. Went up to the counter and the guy was trying to charge $6. I asked if this was not 50% off and he said yes it was and he was charging 70¢ each for caramel. We went back-and-forth about the price and I explain to him that his sign literally says $3.86 for an "iced caramel latte" and we were buying two so the cost would be $3.86 plus tax. He for some reason didn't believe me and it took me pointing to the sign and repeatedly saying "it's $3.86 it says it right there, two drinks at $3.86 at 50% off is $3.86 plus tax". He finally agreed with me and when I got home I saw my credit card was charged for $5.21 when it should be $4.13. This was such an aggravating experience, and all I wanna was a coffee. And as you can see from the photo, the cup wasn't even close to full.
