Everyone did a great job, from the front desk workers, the nurse and the PA were awesome! I will definitely tell my friends and family about the Coral Springs Holy Cross Urgent Care location. Also, the wait was exceptional

I've been a few times over the last 2 years and each experience was beneficial. Courteous, friendly and fast. Appointments are key along with any lab results VIA MyChart. I'll always use this location if I can't be seen by my PCP.

Extremely pleased. Walked-in and was seen within 15 minutes in the middle of the day during an extremely tough time with many individuals needing medical attention for colds, flu and Bronchitis.Triage was quick and easy, met with the NP and he made me feel comfortable with his mannerisms and professionalism. Assessed situation, had chest X-ray, got results and prescriptions and was out the door in just a little over an hour!!! Great visit!

Your agent at the front desk need some form of customer service skills. She need to be trained properly in dealing with customers, receiving customers politely n accept that we r customers. Her approach to us is really atrocious n ugly...Thx...
