I'm basing this rating on the customer service I just received from their cashier Ms. Beczaida. Not only was she rude during my check out of 3 items she refused to bag them & when I asked her that I would like the small items in a bag she pointed & said the bags are right there. I was SHOCKED at her response. I said why am I being discriminated when you had no problem bagging the women's items in front of me. She just stood there with her back towards me. Absolutely, NO customer service skills. She needs a job where she doesn't have to deal with the public.

This branch is very poorly stocked. They are often out of items needed for repairs or work. Also many if the staff have little idea as to where anything is. Home Depot made it's name for helpful workers who knew things about repairs and building. The workers are nice but most have very limited knowledge

I love Home Depot, like really... I think that everything a home improvement plus store should be, they are. All the stores are easy to get in and out of with a car, (even in Brooklyn) and they leave you enough space to load material into your car. I like the fact that all stores are the same layout. It makes it easy when you're visiting another town and need to buy something at HD. They have everything here from gardening to appliances, to bathroom fixtures, kitchen fixtures, tile, rugs and anything else you can think of. Did I mention an endless supply of tools? I find their staff amazing. I have asked for a product and an associate would bring to the exact spot I need to be and even get a team member to help me. Their level of expertise is amazing and now with a cellphone, I can document what I have and explain what I'm looking to do. They have taken me step by step to do any type of project I have undertaken. They have never made me feel like I shouldn't be doing a project without explaining why and have always been incredibly supportive of working with me from beginning to end. Kudos to this organization with an extra focus on customer service.

I walked out of this store after waiting in aisle 6 for 30 minutes for service. Horrible people and service. I went 4 miles up the road to Lowes and received great service. This Home Depot sucks.

Tight parking and difficult entry and exit. People will flat run you over. This is not a nice location and much of the staff is unfriendly. The Lowe's in the area are much nicer and friendlier.

Spent an hour or so in the plumbing section. Not one person asked if I needed help. In fact, one worker brought a cart with a bunch of random stuff in it and stopped right in front of where I was looking through and walked off and left the cart there. Rude.

The people that work here know what they're talking about for the most part and try their best to be helpful. However, the customer service is absolutely horrible especially when buying appliances. We've ordered our washer/dryer from here and the company installed it incorrectly. Since then, we've been having multiple issues and to get ahold of Home Depot customer service has been near impossible. It took us almost a week to reach a manager. Around the same time (before we knew how difficult it was to reach customer service) we decided to also do our blinds through Home Depot, and again, the people who installed made damages throughout our home. I do believe both times were a third party company that Home Depot contracts for installations but they should still make it easy for customers to get ahold of their customer service or a manager if something goes wrong. To their credit, once you do get ahold of a customer service representative, they do their best to fix it... but beware... it may take a week and multiple holdout holds and even hang ups until you get to speak to someone!

So Home Depot has balloons and a grill outside and I stopped to buy a hot dog apparently they were free but only after I listened to how I could sign up for a free estimate. I was told because I didn't need an estimate that I couldn't have a hot dog even though the associate was eating one himself. It was embarrassing and rude.

I recently took on a little home improvement job. Being that the only commonality that the famous Gaines and I have is the State of Texas and the number of children, my small DIY project has been a big undertaking! So, it's been back and forth and in between The Home Depots in my area, with lots of questions, and a plethora of patience from the employees who have guided me along the way. With all the hardware and brawn that surrounds, I often gravitate to my favorite department--the "living" one. With rows of frilly flowers, persevering plants and purposeful pots, not to mention the surplus of supplies that make them grow or keep them thriving, I am always sure to find something special. Concerning customer service, it's really hard to choose one person or experience that has stood out because everyone does what they've been trained to do and do it with poise and professionalism. The store is in order and well stocked, and most of all, a pleasure to shop in.

Great staff! We were looking for beadboard that was on Home Depot’s website. Nobody could find it, though it showed as being in stock! The staff was very helpful in locating what we needed! They were very pleasant!

I would give them zero stars if possible. After having a horrible long, drawn out process getting a custom vanity installed (6 months). I then stupidly purchased carpet on their 7 day install program. So we get the house ready for install day and the carpet arrives damaged throughout. I call the store and ask for the store manager. Well Alex is off for the weekend (really the first weekend of spring and he's off?) So I get Stephanie the Install manager who assures me she will reorder the carpet and call me Monday to confirm. No call Monday so I call Tuesday and I get Jorge the AM on the phone. He tells me that Stephanie isn't there but that she had tried call me on Monday (a complete lie). Then I ask for the district manager's number. They tell me his name is Chris but they don't have a number for him. Then I get the name and number for Gabriel the district installation manager. I leave him a message. This guy proceeds to text with me over a two week period. I call him directly and he texts me back. Carpet arrives week two - wrong carpet. Unable to reach Gabe. He texts me back and tells me he's going to give me a $500 credit. Should take 10 to 14 days. Day 16 I again ask for his supervisor's name and number - I get a text but again he won't give me the name or number for the regional. Again I ask where the refund is. Then I tell him I'm tired of waiting and that I am going in and want the $500 credit in my card. He tells me (through text) that Stephanie is working the next day at 9am. I arrive at 10am and she's not there yet, Alex is off again and Jorge doesn't know how to refund my money. I leave again and text Gabriel. Now after 6 attempts he gives me the regional's contact info. Rick Mongeau 561-742-1600. I left Rick a message on Sunday April 14th. Today is the 22nd and still no call. Never have I experienced this level of treatment from a retailer. Stay far, far away from Home Depot, Alex, Stephanie, Jorge and the Regional Rick Mongeau

your online app shows the store has multiple items in stock. so you travel to the store go to the shelf and there are no items on the pegboard. you go over to store employees to ask for assistance and it is more important for them to be texting on there phone then help a customer because you are bothering them. you let them know that online it shows 15 items in stock and ask if you can check the over head, and are told if you don't see it we don't have it...... people need to learn they are at work to work and help customers.

Went here to buy paint that I have bought many times. I felt pushed to use a brand I did not want and when finished the color match was off. I was very clear all the paint (3 different) was for touch up I brought samples of flat paint beer in 3 different colors. They begrudgingly remade the paint in the behr and the colors were finally an exact match. Get home test on the walls perfect except when it dried they gave me eggshell which means repainting entire walls. Really really pissed off.

BE WARE!! HOME DEPOT'S CONTRACTED INSTALLERS ARE INCOMPETENT AND LIE!! I purchased a dishwasher online along with installation, parts to install the new dishwasher, haul off and the extended warranty. When it was delivered, the installer said that he couldn't install the new dishwasher because the valve under the sink needed to replaced and they would send a plumber to change the valve (which was not fixed properly). When I got the call that the plumber was coming to fix the valve, I was told that he was also going to install the new dishwasher. After he changed the valve, he took the bottom panels off the old dishwasher and said that he couldn't install the new one because it was "tiled in". He said that I would have to hire a handyman to take it out because the ONLY WAY it would come out is if I took out the floor tile, lifted the counter top or broke out the the old dishwasher. He took pictures and told me that he was going to send them to Home Depot and notify them. I had made another appointment for them to install the new dishwasher and when they walked in, the guy literally picked up the 5ft power cord that I purchased and said that they couldn't install it this time because the power cord was too short and Home Depot wouldn't allow them to install it with a longer power cord. I knew that the 5ft power cord was more than long enough because the outlet is literally right next to the dishwasher under the sink. I called Home Depot and they wanted to try to change me an additional $60 on top of the $99.99 to install it with a longer power cord that I know I didn't need. Finally, After 3 different Home Depot installers and 3 different excuses as to why they couldn't install the new dishwasher, I hired a handyman to come and install the new dishwasher. He was also able to remove the old dishwasher by simply taking out a few screws and it literally slid out with ease. Didn't come close to breaking the tile and didn't need to lift the counter top or break the old dishwasher. It literally took him 15 minutes to unscrew a few screws and pull out the old dishwasher. When he turned the valve that the Home Depot plumber was supposed to fix, he had to put a pot under it because it was leaking water. He was able to install the new dishwasher with all the parts I purchased along with the 5ft power cord that the Home Depot installers said was too short. The entire process took less than an hour. He also said that a 3ft power cord would have been long enough. I feel like the installers that Home Depot sent thought that I was just a stupid disabled woman that they could take advantage of. Well... I'm not!! I don't want this to happen to anyone else. I'm supposed to be refunded the installation and haul off money that I paid. Needless to say, I'll never do business with them again.
