“The other day I ran into some issues trying to find an alarm system that was compatible with my Ring system. Bre-Anne genuinely went above and beyond to help me. She attempted to get additional assistance, but unfortunately, no one was available. Even then, she continued doing everything she could to help me, and she even used AI to assist with finding the answer. I honestly would have never thought to use AI that way!
After some time, she was eventually able to find the information I needed, which led to me making my purchase. Bre-Anne was by far one of the most patient, kind, and helpful employees I’ve encountered at Home Depot.
