“First and foremost!!! I highly recommend using this gentleman, Bill,( Kew Gardens Jeweler). He responds immediately and his service is professional and fast! He worked on my Grandfather clock and an old wall clock that my father had given me. He fixed the chimes on my grandfather clock within seconds! He took my old wall clock and had it running and back on my wall within days! This gentleman is a gem! He explains things and really knows everything about clocks! He would make an excellent teacher! I can't say enough nice things about himl!

“I stopped by the store approximately a week ago to see if they carried dainty nose rings. I came upon Amalia and Yensi. They were welcoming, courteous and attentive to the type of nose ring I was looking for and they came through. I am pleased with the purchase and excellent customer service they provided. I will return to this location. The nose ring is much smaller, delicate and sparkly than the attached pic shows.”

“Great location! I was a bit worried after seeing the reviews but stopped by as I was in the area for something else and knew I needed to exchange a charm. It’s well lit, spacious, and very clean. Both the manager and an associate were in and each were friendly and welcoming. They quickly helped me replace a charm where a stone fell out (within warranty period) as well as purchase a few new ones, offering relevant additional charms to view that went with the themes of my bracelets. Because it was a weekday it wasn’t busy but a few other people were assisted as I arrived as well as after and all were treated kindly from what I could hear.”
