“Very clean. On my first visit I walked in cart of clothes walking towards the coin machine and a lady says rudely what do you want. I didn’t even respond I put in $20 took my quarters and did my laundry. The machines a very new and clean. I even came back on a weekend day it’s very busy, the laundromat is still well kept and clean. My dryer went out while I was doing laundry so I’ll be coming back until I get a new one”

“I want to take a moment to recognize Chris for the phenomenal job she does. She always keeps the place clean, organized, and welcoming, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the people who come here. One time, the system wasn’t working and I didn’t have any cash on me, and she went out of her way to lend me money from her own pocket so I could do my laundry. That meant a lot to me, and it’s something I haven’t forgotten. I’ve been coming here for years, and experiences like that are the reason why. I don’t usually take time out of my day to write reviews, but she truly deserves special recognition for her work and for what she does for the community. I’m very grateful for this place and especially for her. I just wanted to make sure she knows that.”

“As someone who has been coming to Aldo’s Cleaners for many years including when Aldo himself was running it I feel like I can speak fairly on this. Every owner runs a business differently. Under the previous ownership, things were sometimes handled one way… sometimes well, sometimes not so well. That’s the reality of any small business. I had situations back then that didn’t always go smoothly either. Since the new ownership took over, yes, there have been adjustments. Change is never seamless, especially in a long-established neighborhood like Coral Springs. But from what I’ve personally experienced, issues are addressed more directly and fairly now. There’s follow-through, communication, and an effort to make things right. People also seem to forget that the business dealt with a fire. That’s a major setback for any small operation. The fact that they continued operating and working to modernize while managing something like that deserves credit. As a long-time resident, I believe in supporting local businesses especially when I see genuine effort being made. I’ll continue bringing my clothes here. — Matthew Goldstein”

“I’m truly surprised the ratings aren’t higher. Everyone has been so nice and helpful and the gentleman attendant at the shop today is such a sweetheart! The next thing on my list today is to tell my family member about this location so they can come here as well lol. It’s places and people like this that truly make a neighborhood feel welcoming. I’d give a higher rating if I could.”

“Amazing service So kind on the phone when I asked questions to when I went in the location . Service was kind and helpful, the woman who was working on blk Friday, sorry I didn’t get her name, went above and beyond to help me learn the machines. She clearly took care of the place and had pride in her job. Not once did I see her sit or get on her phone which is an experience I have had in my other locations. They will be my go to location going forward”

“All work done on premises. They have a seamstress too. I brought in two long jackets, one silk, one wool: $31.20. I asked for Friday pick-up, received a text two days early they were ready. Excellent work.”
