Even though I like the doctor, I’ll be changing my eye doctor very soon. Lenscrafter is the only store that refuses to give you your pupillary distance , that should be illegal since it’s my own health information. They use a lie of an excuse about ‘insurance reasons’ or whatever it is they told me, but there’s no such thing. I’ve seen many people be given their pupillary distance from their doctor. It seems that just don’t want you to purchase your own glasses somewhere else and that’s so greedy and ridiculous.

Manager doesn't care to help you in the event of genuine problem.A bit of background; my glasses I purchased back in March 2023 broke. I went to the Macy's location and had a nice young lady there help attempt with all her might to fix my glasses but a stubborn screw wasn't budging. She checked my profile, and saw my warranty expired 8 days prior. She did however mention that since it was before 10 days an exception could be made. However, it would require a manager approval but her manager isn't in until tomorrow. She asked me to go across the street and inform them of the situation since there is always a manager on duty there.When I go there I explain the situation and the manager was incredibly dismissive. She barely tried to fix the glasses, and told me what I was informed of was wrong and that she's been here a long time. She didn't even ask to check my account. She just told me to try contacting their warranty provider and sent me on my way.Sure enough, this can be done, because the lady at Macy's informed me to try my luck with the Coconut Creek location. I called and within 2 minutes the lady there looked into my account, even noticed that my pickup date of the correct glasses (the initial pick up was mislabelled) was within the warranty period. It's just the warranty period started from the date of the first pickup, which was the wrong set. She called me back within an hour and told me to come in and within 5 minutes I got new frames and was sent out the door.

Just wanted to say thank you to Fortuna (Coral Springs Store), I stopped by yesterday to see if the store could assist me with a minor repair and Fortuna was a great help. Very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely come back and see her for any future needs. Thank you ?

I've been coming to the Coral Springs store for the past five years, and each visit has been exceptional, thanks to Fortuna. Her patience and kindness towards me and my family have truly stood out. Picking out frames can take a while, but she's always right there, ready to assist and make the process smoother. Without a doubt, I'll be returning next year, just for Fortuna.UPDATE: Keep the 5 stars for Fortuna, but for the managers, Natalie and the tall white dude with glasses, give them a 0. This is the worst management I have ever seen, and it’s not the first time they have treated me like this. I talked to Natalie; she didn’t even look at me, and the same goes for the other guy. Neither was helpful nor engaging at all! I’m looking for another place to take my business. I bought 10 frames from this place in the last 5 years, and both managers treated me as if I were a newbie wasting their time.

Purchased 3 pairs of glasses, over $850 with insurance. 2 of 3 pairs are unusable...everything is blurry. Called twice, went in 3x, once with appointment...They're too busy to help me. They weren't too busy to sell to me but too busy to correct this. I am nearing the end of my 30 day happiness guarantee and still not happy. And guess what...I'm sitting here again. Waiting

Worst management I have ever seen, at first I just thought their customer service was bad but then I noticed I was dealing with the manager she was super rude and disrespectful not helpful at all! I will not be back, that was my first time using LensCrafters and it will be my last

I received an excellent service today at Lens Crafters in Coral Springs. Ludlow was very nice and helpful . He repaired my glasses, which broke today and I didn’t have any spare pair. I am impressed and recommend his services.

This branch is the best. It has a wide selection of items, nice branch with. great and helpful staff. I bought 3 pairs of beautiful luxury brand eyeglasses and it has been very satisfied with it.Today one of the eyeglasses needed to be fixed due to my fault. Venante was able to fix my almost broken and expensive eyeglasses for free. Thank you for the AAA service.
