This store is never open as advertised. Says they open at 10am, came three days in a row to a sign that says they’ll return at 12:25pm. Meanwhile I’m literally looking at a worker texting at the counter. What a joke!

This is the place to go if you want to buy a hat,a good hat! Top notch! They have it all NFL, baseball, football, college, nike, Adidas etc. This is the only place I will shop for a hat. Therefore I highly recommend them to anybody who wants to get a hat! Happy shopping, LOL

Bought a hat in the Coral square mall store that was tagged for 31.99. I looked at the receipt outside and they charged me 34.99. Went back in and the assistant manager that sold it to me said "duhh,,, the price must have went up". He could sell me a hat overpriced, but couldn't do anything about refunding me the overpriced amount. This place is a scam,,, stay away or at least check every price before they ring it up because they WILL cheat you

Worst costumer service I had ever experienced, they make you sign up for an account and sale you all this “perks” like you will always be able to find your purchases but then when you go and try to EXCHANGE not even returned… they’ll say you need the receipt, and whatever is fine but the way the act and talk is extremely rude… i WAS a recurrent costumer and I use to hear all employees here and there talking about how slow the store is sometimes but it all make sense tooI don’t based my review on one time experience , it did happens 3 times and is really disappointing, I rather drive miles to go to another store than visit this location, having a great product but awful service if I could rate their service -5 it will be a -10

Trying to do a return is almost impossible, the store was closed for about 4 hours even tho the employee or manager or whoever that guys is, walks the entire mall is crazy how bad this store is -20

My experience in this store was terrible. I tried to exchange an item I got from the other lid store in the mall not even a week before with my receipt and the young lady there Mya was nasty. worst customer service I have ever seen. I really hope someone in the company has a chat with her because even the employees at the other location told me is not the first time a customer complains about her.

Girl behind the counter today was extremely snobby and rude. We didn't need help, but we witnessed poor behavior. She told a young girl they don't have a fitting room, but she could try something on in the corner of their store... Not their fault they don't have a fitting room, but to tell a young girl she can try something on in the corner of the store, kind of irresponsible. Then the phone rang, and the same girl said to the customer on the other line (who was clearly asking what time they close) that "we close at 9 like every other mall does" then hung up. Well, it's Sunday, they close at 6... and you should never speak to a customer like that. Just think management should do something about her poor service and rude demeanor. This is probably not the first time... or the last time.

Went in to purchase a couple of new hats but, the employee "working" didnt seem to want to be bothered with anything that required looking away from the phone in their hand. Lids DOES have a big selection of hats but, the service leaves a LOT to be desired. I asked about different colorways and the response made me ask if they were asked that question a lot. When I asked some questions about sizes the employee seemed almost annoyed with me. Needless to say, I did NOT make a purchase this time even though Lids is usually my go to store for team appearal.
