Wednesday 2/26 at 8:30 pm no one at the flooring department. After 20 minutes waiting and a call from another employee nobody . No manager.
I called the store asking for a manager and nothing.
Lowe's at Coral Springs is the most unprofessional store around our neighborhood.
Terrible costumer service.

I actually switched over to Lowe's from Home depot because I found them to be friendlier. However, this week I had the biggest run around from the manger in appliances. His name is Kevin. Sometimes you can just tell when someone does not love what they do and then it is reflected on you, because they do not want to help you at all. I purchased a brand new stackable washer and dryer and it does not work. It was the GE EL unit for $1499. Kevin was no help what so ever in me getting an exchange with their delivery company. He just pretended he did not know what I was talking about. I don't even have the energy to call the manager or go to the store and complain because they will just give me the same run around. I know COVID has changed our lives, but customer service makes a customer come back and tell friends to go to that establishment. Terrible service from the appliance department. Absolutley terrible, and Kevin is a manager. I don't even want to give them the one star. Appliance department gets zero stars.

1 Star only because I can't give it a 0 star rating. I bought a Toro lawn mower at the turtle creek location on June 30 2024 spent $426.93 for the machine, I was asked if I wanted to buy the Lowes protection package for extra cost and I said no because the lawn mower comes with a 3 year OEM warranty. Fast forward 7 month later. I go to use the lawn mower and it starts up stays running for 3 minutes, and then started puffing a large white cloud of smoke and then turned off. I called Lowes and they asked me did you buy the Lowes protection package I of course said no. Well that's when the games began, sorry sir if you didn't buy the package then we can't help you at the store level you need to call Toro company and deal with them. So had I spent the extra money to buy the protection package they could help, but know they can't sounds like a scam to me. So long story short LOWES does NOT back up their products they sell. Funny thing is the Manager offered her help by saying if you want to buy a new lawn mower I can give you a discount on it. LOL. LOWES you need to tighten up your customer service because you lost a customer of 16 year's shopping at the same Lowes.

I went to Lowes today, 2/09/2025, in Coral Springs FL to get a quote on replacing 2 windows and 1 sliding glass door with impact windows/door. I went to the window/door desk and I asked two of the employees if there was anyone available to assist us. They called someone twice and specified that a customer was at the desk waiting. Needless to say 30 minutes later still no help. We left and will now make our purchase elsewhere.

I was waiting for the assistance for the paint section. No one showed up for 30 MINUTES. Pressed the assistance bell so many times, went to Customer Service for help. Still no one came. Heading to Home Depot now . It was 1/14/2025 7PM. Somebody is definitely earning money in the toilet...

Horrible extended warranty! Don't ever buy an appliance from Lowe's! Mine broke in less than 2 years and it's been almost 3 months and I'm still waiting for a repair as the manufacturer sent the wrong part and the technicians did two no-call no-shows after I waited for 5 hours. I've requested to speak with a manager multiple times and no one has ever called me no one has actually ever called me to update me on my case and let me know what's going on. They made an appointment with a technician company and they've never even heard of me. And I'm still without a working washer. I expect a phone call and a replacement or I'm going to the better Business bureau.

Horrible Manager assistance. I couldn't return items that I purchased over 90 days ago for store credit on items I would gladly buy from them. I guess that is why I spend my thousands a year at Home Depot instead and only have credit card with them instead and will never get one for Lowes. Don't give them your money, better to go to Home Depot. Gave me standard answer out of box instead of Manager leaving desk and coming to return section.

Worst experiences always occur at this particular location. First of all, the website advertises items in stock, but you go to this store, and sometimes nothing is on the shelf. I ask someone at "customer service" for assistance but beyond finger pointing to the aisle, no help. I drive to another location, the same items are there as advertised, no problem. The absolute worst was arriving at this store 20 minutes before closing to purchase an air filter. Again, the supposed "in stock" item wasn't anywhere to be found on the shelf. Look up above the bay, and way above were unopened boxes of the sizes needed. Go to customer service service for help and was told help was on the way. Waited 20 minutes and nothing. Kept asking the person at the cashier area what was going on and she said someone should be coming. The store was closing and lights started going out. The same cashier rep was nonchalant about it and essentially said the store was closing now as if I was being kicked out though she was well aware I was waiting for assistance now 25 minutes. She then went over to customer service and started talking with the group, not once mentioning I was waiting a long time. Went back to the customer service area and one worker standing nearby finally helped. He was courteous and climbed up to the get needed air filter out of the unopened box and I was finally able to check out of that nightmare and leave. If it weren't for his help, I would have demanded a sup or manager and tell him or her how horrible the store's hiring practices are. It was that bad and ridiculous. Stop 'yapping' and help customers!

When it comes to big box home improvement retailers there are two major ones. Neither one of them have good customer service. That's the first.
I need a water heater. Mine broke today. I went to the home Depot and I saw they have water heaters by Rheem which is a pretty good brand. The store was pretty busy and I see they have flatbed carts sitting and waiting by the water heaters. This is kind of an expensive purchase so I decided to go over to Lowe's to see if their prices are any better. I see their prices are exactly the same so no motivation there. They have an off-brand I've never heard of so obviously less motivation. There are no flatbed carts so I can't even carry the water heater out. If you want to talk to an employee, they avoid you like you have the plague. At least at home Depot they did ask me if I needed any help which I thought was nice and rare. I decided to leave Lowe's and go back to home Depot and make my purchase. Also, I noticed in Lowe's everything is disorganized. I couldn't find the plumbing section at first because when I walked in the front door there is no sign. I had to walk all the way to the back then finally look in the very back corner where I saw a sign that said plumbing. I think these stores are so big. They need much better direction on where parts would be and it would be nice if they had somebody up front. Almost like Walmart does greeting people asking them if they need any direction on finding stuff.
