Was told when I had questions to not continue to call his office. Was trying to get tax returns for the previous two years that I have done business with LUIS because God forbid you auto dictate and his name is spelled differently, he will certainly correct you! Made it super difficult to obtain last year's tax return as well as the past years tax return. Not very accommodating for business tax purposes. And absolutely not! I never once misspelled the firms name, because if I did that you would've never gotten the email, and therefore would have never been able to file my taxes in the first place. I misspelled his name personally within the body of the email by using voice dictation. So, try to try to hide your flaws and the way I was treated. as a small business owner, I would never tell one of my clients to stop calling my office! Not business.

As an American citizen living abroad I unexpectedly encountered a myriad of tax issues and informational forms required by the IRS.
