This Macy's has friendly staff. I just wish they had clothes that fit me. I left without making a purchase because they didn't have shoes in my size and pants in my size. Shoes are always hard for me to find as I have a rather large size. But my pants are very common size, and I'm not sure why they didn't have what I wanted in my size.

Although the first sales person(Mary) in the Fragrance Department was great, It didn't cover the mistreatment at the other store across the mall. Like I explained, this is why Brick and Mortar stores are failing; privileged individuals are getting the same pay for poor customer service, meanwhile Good as well as dedicated associates get the same pay with affiliated blame. The Ones that make the decisions jump off the ship to save themselves, while the good ones stay on the ship to save as many as the can, end up dying on the ship.
