Hello, The service in this Best Buy is incredible this one girl named Alexandra helped me to find me my perfect match/tv. It was surprisingly cheap at originally $149 it went down to $90 with Black Friday Deals and got $60 off my purchase. Then they even helped me load it into my truck. This Best Buy is the best one I've been to yet and I've been to 4!

My husband needed to get a computer cable at this Best Buy so I decided to check out the AirTag products they had for sale....The AirTag technology has been a rage in the past decade. The way it works, it sends out a secure Bluetooth signal that can be detected by nearby devices in the Find My network. These devices send the location of your AirTag to iCloud, then you can go to the Find My app and see it on a map. The whole process is anonymous and encrypted to protect your privacy.I was happy to see a private label like Insignia selling these products as they are priced about half off the Apple products. They had a good selection of them and it was a fun experience to learn more about them.No one came to ask if I needed help, most of the people were congregated up in the front talking to each other. Overall a nice large Best Buy with good signage for all sections.

worst experience ever in my entire lifetime I have been trying to get my tv replaced/repaired since January 15 and still cant get any help form the stores or the help desk basically stuck with a $2000 tv that has warranty that i was convinced to purchase because its an expensive TV and i'm a total tech member. you guys force us to buy protection then hide when its time to honor your word Walmart would have done better i have been doing business with best by for over ten years both personally and through my business but this is just straight disrespect my next 15 tvs will be purchased at Bransmart or Walmart and all my computer needs ill just wait on Newegg to deliver.

Worst Best Buy, should be called "Worst Buy" instead of Best Buy. The staff there don't know what they're doing and they are worthless. I went here a few times and all I see and experienced are lazy workers who are always on break, not being able to help due to some minor reasons, and etc. Most of the workers here have no future in life, will continue to make less than $250,000 a year, and probably will live in a trailer. This is why minimum wage should not increase because of worthless workers like the ones in this Best Buy. I don't want my hard earned money to be wasted on raised taxes for losers like the ones working in this Best Buy.

The staff at this Best Buy is just amazing, the store is very clean and the employees approach you at every turn asking do you need any help? Sometimes it gets overwhelming lol. They also have self checkout at this location, you can just find your item, pay for it on the Best Buy app linked to your debit or credit card and just leave without waiting in line all you have to do is just show the e-receipt to the person at the door.

We ordered a dishwasher in early January '22 and because of the supply chain issues, the delivery was schedule for February 11 2022. We received two emails during that day. The first to remind us that the dishwasher would be delivered and the second email said the service person would be on site around 12:25. Great, we thought. No more washing dishes by hand. So we waited, and waited. No email or phone call to advise the status of the delivery and installation. Finally at 4:15 we called Customer (Dis)Service who promptly told us they had no idea why no one called but that we could reschedule the delivery and installation on February 25! How is this remotely fair?? We have been paying for this dishwasher that we don't have and now they say we have to wait TWO MORE WEEKS? Totally unprofessional and lack of interest in the customer, who by the way pay your wages! Another reason to buy via Amazon.

A group of the customer service representatives do not know how to serve a customer. They didn't greet, and they didn't care customer's problems or Order. I would not recommend to come here to trade in any product or order any product. These A Lady and A man inspected my trade-in product like a telescope using expert. They tried to lower price my product like market. The incident happened today 4 P.M 12/24/202. Who is in charge of training these people? Do you have management skills? Please if you want a happy day or fun day, go to different store.

I experienced probably one of the worst service ever at the customer service/pickup counter. I've been a loyal member of best buy for years and this was bad. No effort whatsoever to try to help.

Came in to buy headphones. Was in and out within ten mins. Had two gentlemen help me and they were polite, personable and fast. One was named Carl, sorry don't remember the others name. Lady at the cashier today was super nice and fast. Great location

I was in this store yesterday. Both the employees and customer service are the worst. I wanted to order a tv cover and needed to ask a question. I was told there are none. I had it ready to order. She was the rudest, laziest and most disrespectful employee. In addition she is a liar. What a way to do business.

This was a TERRIBLE experience. I paid for 2 TVs to be connected.they never showed up nor did they contact me. I called the 800 line I was given- no one answered . I did a live chat on website. Aaron the operator said they would be over in minutes... a lie. Even the guy that gave me my refund when I went in person the next day gave me a lip service ,pat response. Incompetency on every level.
