The woman who attended me and gave me the papers at the entrance did not treat me kindly, she was cold and apparently she does not like serving the public, she should greet, smile or make people feel welcome, it was uncomfortable talking to her and she responded to my questions as if I were bothering her. She should take a customer service course. On the other hand, the person who received me and took my medical information was kind and very professional, the doctor who saw me was also excellent!

I received excellent care. The receptionist was very helpful and kind. The nurse and doctor were very professional and I was very pleased with the treatment I received. I highly reccomend.

It took forever to get a simple Covid test and whether the insurance would pay for it. I was told possible $150 charge. Went to Walgreens and had it done for $19.
